Eligibility Criteria for Electronics

Eligibility Criteria:
Student who have scored more than 70% throughout the academics
Should have strong knowledge in fundamentals along with good communication skills.

Desired Skills :

• Engineering Mathematics
• Programming

• Excellent Verbal and written communication
• Complex Problem Solving
• Interpersonal & Team Work skills
• Any prior Electronics pet projects or
Embedded related Certifications will be an
added advantage.
• Personal Laptop/Desktop is mandatory

Selection Process (Electronics)
Step 1: Written Assessment
Technical Assessment:
• There will be a LIVE assessment/test through web/video conference.
• It will be an open book examination with contents on Engineering Mathematics, Basic Electronics
Engineering.
• Content material will be shared online with candidates which will help them to do well in their
assessments.
• Test assignment must be submitted in PDF format before ending the session.
Step 2 : Technical Interview Screening
Shortlisted candidates will undergo one round of technical interview process.
Step 3: Non-technical Assessment Online :
• Psychometric & Analytical Assessment
• Communication Skills – Written & Verbal

Offer Details
Selected candidates will be offered CTC best in industry with below terms and conditions:
• First 6 months internship program – Stipend amount Rs 10,000 per month. Every 2 months there will
be an assessment.
• Successfully completed candidates will be confirmed for full time employment with iLenSys with a
CTC best in industry
• Offer will be valid only based on the successful completion of the internship.
• All selected candidates will have to sign bond of 2 years for 2 lakhs (including internship period)
