Operational Key Point


1. At first prepared by Paper cutting sample for GSM & Cobb test.
2. Take pre wight for GSM value (paper)
3. Prepared water (100ml)for absorption test .Midum paper-30sec & Liner
paper-30min..
4. After two times Rolling for complet water absorption,
5. Take Post wight for cobb value (paper) .
6. Turn On Machine Breaker & Machine power switch. 7.
Connect the air source to the air inlet on the side of this equipment.
8. Set paper on Diaprahm then sensor send command to start tester. So Upper
platen will adjust lower platen then paper bursting will be start.
9. Paper bursting pressure show on the digital display.
10. After test complete observed data from display.

Safety Key Instruction

1. Keep any fire source at remote from testing machine.


2. Use safety Mask when chemical mixture is running.
3. Put on Hand Gloves when sample prepare & operation.
4. Read and understand all the instructions mentioned in the operation manual before
operation this machine.
