Communication Management & Document Control

PCS shall utilize the latest available software to monitor project progress and cost. PM will

(CMS) that will handle all document and contract management functions. The CMS shall
utilize Aconex software as the platform. The system will be collaborative, where all
relevant entities are utilizing the system. The procedures for document and contract

1.02.03 PMC will draft General Requirements for the consultant and construction contracts that will

Schedule Development & Control

Once approved by the Client, the master schedule will serve as the baseline for which the
program will be measured, and will be updated as the program progresses. The master
schedule is included in the monthly progress report submitted to the Client, who will review
and approve.
1.03.02
Master Schedule Updates OB PE/ RE/ AS AS/ MO/ CM AS PMC will update the master schedule monthly, incorporating the latest design,
MO/ CM procurement, approvals, tendering, project award, and construction information. PMC will
ensure that updated consultant and contractor schedules are reviewed and incorporated
into the master schedule. Master schedule updates will be included in the monthly
progress report submitted to the Client.
1.03.03
Progress Variance Reporting OB RW/ RE/ PE/ RE PA The Hill Intl/3rd Party will review contractor progress, and update on variances via weekly
MO and monthly reports. PMC will review and incorporate variances into the bi-weekly and
monthly progress reports.
1.03.04
Revisions to the Baseline Schedule RW/ AP PE/ MO AS/ RE PA PMC will update the baseline schedule as necessary every quarter of the program based
on changes in scope, updated information, etc. The Client will review and approve.
1.03.05
Major Milestone Schedule RW/ AP PE/ MO OB AS/ RE PA PMC will extract from the Master Schedule, all major milestones, and produce a major
milestone report, comparing the current schedule, to the latest program requirements. The
Client will review and approve. The major milestone schedule is included in the monthly
progress report submitted to the Client.

plan that highlights all logistics activities on site, as well as the current plot handover dates
from the 3rd party developers. This plan will be updated monthly and issued to the PMC,
Client and necessary Authorities as required.

Logistics Guidelines RW/ AP RW/ AD PMC will develop a set of logistics guidelines applicable to all contractors. The intent of the
document is to regulate and coordinate the construction process for the program.
Contractor will submit for PMC’s review and update the guidelines as necessary.

Traffic Management Plan OB RW/ AD PE Contractor will develop a plan showing the traffic flow, both temporary and permanent, on
the project site. Contractor updates this plan weekly.
1.10.05

2 PRE DESIGN & DESIGN STAGE

Reporting safety personnel will make periodic scheduled and unscheduled inspections to verify
compliance with site safety standards. Hill supervision team is responsible for monitoring
the project safety compliance and resolving safety issues identified on the project with the
contractor. The PMC is responsible for collecting all safety data from the contractor. PMC
will compile, analyze and report to the Client on a monthly basis.
3.04.11

ensure a secure site. The PMC will monitor and advise the contractor's management of
security matters. PMC will also review and approve the security plan.
