Article 1 SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

unders this section means all TEI or teacher instituiton must offer quality education because when the
school give quality education to students then the school provide quality students and also when a
quality teacher teach a student then i will produce a quality students. because teacher will always be
reflection of students ability and competence. and also this code shall apply to all teachers in the
philippines it means even though you are elementary or hs teacher private or public teacher you need to
follow this code.

like what I said If you are a teacher this code is applicable to you. Either you are academic teacher or
vocational teacher meaning you are teaching technical vocational skills.

ARTICLE 2. IS ABOUT TEACHER AND STATE

S1. tell us, when we say nursuries is like plant nurseries is where plants given time to grow just like
schools. because it is in the school where the young people are taught given an opportunities to grow,
and at the same time it is in the school where the young children are given or instiilled patrioizim and
nationalism and other than that the teacher in the school is expected not to teach an pieces of
information but also values and moral that the learners need in order for them not only to be
knowlegable about things but also to be kind.

s3. how could be the teacher giver her/his best ability or full potential if the teacher is not fit in all
aspect. you must not have an illness that would blocked you from teaching student, would blocked you
giving student what they ought to know.

S5. That teacher is not allowed to use his power or position to campaign in any political figure example
for this is I m a teacher and my father is running for position mayor and I do not have the right to
campaign for my father, because I am a teacher my politicak preferences should be secret. I do not have
a right to threaten my student and tell then " you will fail if you will not be voting for this person. If you
can see every election isa po yun mga teachers sa mga nag serve because they are expected to be
unbiased that gives them credibility to serve during election .

electetion they are serving.

s8. this is the last section of article 2, the academic freedom is the right of the teachers to conduct their
own researches and investigations about a problem or about an issue or about project. they have their
right to conduct rearch as much as possible but the academic freedom has a limitation isa sa mga
limitation sya if the findings or result would be detrimental or harmful to the state or to school or would
have an adverse effect then the teacher does not have the right to announce or publish the result. but if
it benificial then the result will be published.

ARTICLE 3 : THE TEACHER AND THE COMMUNITY

This particular section will tell us about the role of a teacher as a facilatator of of learning facilatate or
facilatator means make something easier so the teacher is expected to make the learning as easier as
possible. you have to make sure that you teach them what you have to teach them that they understand
whatever it is that they have to understand and that when evaluation comes they will pass and if the
students pass it means you facilitated the learning very well. the next another thing that i would like to
capitalize on that particular section is that the teacher should make the classroom conducive to learning
because students really learn best in a pleasant environment.

Section 2 and 6

this sections will tell us about teachers leadership and initiative for community participation so
meaning since you are part of the community then you have to live harmoniously with the people in
the community for example if there are programs in the comunity as a teacher you have to join such
program

simply means that if you sre a teacher you should be a good role model you have to make sure that at
all times you are dignified you are honorable you are worthy to be imitated you are worthy to be
considered models by the students because whether you like it or not especially when you are in the
basic education the kids would look up at you and would consider models that they could imitate and
that they would think that whatever you do is correct and is right because you are a teacher okay so
you've got to act professional.

section 4 says that every teachers should respect and should honor students regardless of culture and
should acknowledge the fact that each of the students in the class okay each of them has a distinct
culture that is to be appreciated and to be respected so you do not have the right to disparage the
community specifically the customs and the traditions of that community okay you are not supposed
to be ethnocentric meaning you should not believe that your customs and your culture is superior to
other culture because no culture is superior to other culture all cultures are of equal footing should be
equally respected and acknowledged.
