Job Description
Looking for a experienced support engineer for an enterprise class solution software
Key Responsibilities:
To Work with customers via email, conference calls to understand and
troubleshoot the issue
Resolve technical issues and provide an excellent customer
experience
Open to work in night shifts
Maintain complete and current support history of customer cases
Collaborate with peers and technical associates on problem resolution
Interface with the software development team to help them
understand the issue
Maintain skill set and understanding of all the versions of the software
Skill Set:
Experience in application support. Hands-on in any enterprise level
software support would be added advantage
Excellent analytical and Logical thinking
Strong troubleshooting / diagnostic abilities
Ability to think laterally, possess strong problem solving, planning and
prioritization skills
Experience working with customers from varied geographical
locations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Work as a bridge between Development team and customer until the
issue resolution
