Job Description

  Looking for a experienced support engineer for an enterprise class solution software

Key Responsibilities:
 To Work with customers via email, conference calls to understand and
troubleshoot the issue
 Resolve technical issues and provide an excellent customer
experience
 Open to work in night shifts
 Maintain complete and current support history of customer cases
 Collaborate with peers and technical associates on problem resolution
 Interface with the software development team to help them
understand the issue
 Maintain skill set and understanding of all the versions of the software

Skill Set:
 Experience in application support. Hands-on in any enterprise level
software support would be added advantage
 Excellent analytical and Logical thinking
 Strong troubleshooting / diagnostic abilities
 Ability to think laterally, possess strong problem solving, planning and
prioritization skills
 Experience working with customers from varied geographical
locations
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 Work as a bridge between Development team and customer until the
issue resolution
