I. INTRODUCTION
Description of the business
Magic shop cupcakes is inspired to BTS song Magic Shop, magic shop
cupcakes offers freshly baked products cupcakes. With the opening of
our business, we will be able to offer a full-fledged flavors and
customized design of cupcakes that will surely satisfied our customers.
We also offer online orders through our social media account and
contact numbers.

Magic shop cupcakes specialize in creating and designing cupcakes. All


our products are prepared fresh everyday or every time we deliver it. it
also has a local growth ingredients that makes our cupcakes more fresh.

Location of the business

Magic shop cupcakes is a small business in Bahay Libmanan,Camarines


Sur, serving the locals by providing them to choice different flavors they
want that will serve them anytime and any where, whenever there is an
occasion or celebration.

Funding Requirements and Source of funds


My small business will start through my own funds and with the help of
my family, that can buy the need ingredients for the chosen cupcakes.
The funds are mainly required to open a production unit any by some
raw materials. The initial growth of my business should be positive in
order to gain more profit.

Magic shop cupcakes sells a high-quality cupcakes. Each


cupcakes is made from all natural ingredients sourced from largely local
suppliers. These supplies involve no preservatives to provide for a high-
end-and de-vine flavor and taste of cupcakes. Its important that our
cupcakes is not only taste delicious, but also look appealing and
attractive to the eye. Therefore, we add the extra care and little touch to
every product, these extra care and touches are added to enhance the
elegant experience just for our customers.

B.IMPORTANCE OF THE PRODUCT

Magic shop cupcakes is ready to serve anyone that gather to


celebrate all there lifetime events. Our magic shop cupcakes will ready
to help by providing there a cupcakes they want, wherever there is an
occasion or celebration.

Magic shop cupcakes is ready to help to represent many things


like , it can represent their love to their partner,family,friends just by
sending them a cupcakes as well us a letter. Our shop is ready to serve at
birthdays, weddings or just a casual get togethers.Its also one of the best
way to say thank you to someone, by surprising them and sending them
a cupcakes.

The packaging of our cupcakes is a wholesale cupcakes boxes.


The purpose of this box is to protect the cupcakes that will stored into

have a note of what flavor of cupcakes they order, and our bakery shop

Promotion: To promote our small business, we decided to advertise our


product through posting on social media site like Facebook and

Our shop will going to distribute flyers and going to create an


short commercial that will be made to present a brief description of our
cupcakes that will be posted in our social media account. Advertisement
help our product to be recognized publicly by customers, Through any
kind of advertisement it will give us an opportunity to gain customers
especially nowadays that internet is very powerful that will result in
gaining profit.

SALES STARTEGY

On the day of our opening we would offer an free tastes for
them to know how delioucy our cupcake was .Also by having a Good
Quality and Service Quality ,having a good quality of food will reach the
satisfaction of every consumer it would be great advantage for us. The
same with service quality, if our service is good we definitely going to
win over our competitors. Our daily delivery is available, Giving our
customer an option like flavors will help our customer decide of which
is the best among them .
