From my observation From my observation, I’ve
learned a lot of different things that will be helpful to me in the classroom. I believe, I must give appropriate lesson that fit to the capabilities and interest of my students. The teaching and learning process should always be based on the students interest as well as the teacher’s capabilities. I realized that teacher teachers have to balance the curriculum, students, parents lesson plans, common core, and classroom management. During my field study, I observed many ways the teacher adjust her lesson to accommodate different indeed a great ways to start my files study journey! It helped me To understand how students vary with their characteristics , behaviors, needs and developments. This made me think of my own cognitive learning style and how I learned and processed information. It also helped better myself as a student and improve my own learning.
As a student teacher , I have learned that I have to
comprehend and gain knowledge about the classroom in a more profound and meaningful way. I have also learned to reflect more deeply on what is going on around me, not just looking at what is at the surface. I learned the new skills to use in the classroom like teaching practices, different ways to assess, and classroom management. If I learned from these professional development, I can implement them into our classroom and have our classroom be effective. I remember that everything that I learn from the past to the present, these things are such valuable for these teach us how to become new a productive future teacher.
