Reflections on the field study area observe:

From my observation From my observation, I’ve

learned a lot of different things that will be helpful to me in the
classroom. I believe, I must give appropriate lesson that fit to the
capabilities and interest of my students. The teaching and learning
process should always be based on the students interest as well as the
teacher’s capabilities. I realized that teacher teachers have to balance
the curriculum, students, parents lesson plans, common core, and
classroom management. During my field study, I observed many ways
the teacher adjust her lesson to accommodate different indeed a great
ways to start my files study journey! It helped me To understand how
students vary with their characteristics , behaviors, needs and
developments. This made me think of my own cognitive learning style
and how I learned and processed information. It also helped better
myself as a student and improve my own learning.

As a student teacher , I have learned that I have to

comprehend and gain knowledge about the classroom in a more
profound and meaningful way. I have also learned to reflect more
deeply on what is going on around me, not just looking at what is at the
surface. I learned the new skills to use in the classroom like teaching
practices, different ways to assess, and classroom management. If I
learned from these professional development, I can implement them
into our classroom and have our classroom be effective. I remember
that everything that I learn from the past to the present, these things are
such valuable for these teach us how to become new a productive future
teacher.
