Guidelines for developing PPT and other specifications

1. Reflections- Key Questions to make participants to think and reflect


their ideas on the topic. What, why, how, etc.
Questions make participants to think on the topic and led them into the
topic presentation.
2. Expected learning outcomes – what the participants will be able to
understand and express after completion of the session.
3. Content slides- context, (using activities, Assignment, Illustrations,
Examples, photos case studies, Anecdotes, tables etc., wherever
required).
4. Session Sum-up – Key Points (the presenter will speak)
5. References and links for further studies relating to the topic.
6. Session wise Feedback form- About 12 Multiple choice questions
(MCQs) to use through Google forms -this is the proof for participants’
attendance and their active participation.
7. Course end evaluation form (from CIPS)- Course end Evaluation by
20 multiple choice questions and participants are expected to answer 15
questions correctly so as to get the certificate.
8. Every presenter shall prepare and send key points in the form of bullet
points on the topic to be presented which forms the basis for making
PPT.
9. The key points need to furnished to CIPS ([email protected]) or
[email protected] by 23rd August 2021 and CIPS will go
through the key points and suggest improvements, if necessary and send
back to the presenter for preparing the PPT. The PPT needs to be
furnished along with 12 MCQ’s to the CIPS by 26th August 2021. The

CIPS will suggest improvements if any and furnish the final copy to the
Resource Person.
10. The session for each individual topic will be for One hour out of which,
the presentation will be for 45 minutes and 15 minutes for question
answer sessions/discussions. The questions are to be placed in the chat
box.
11. The resource person shall have to present the topic on the day and time
specified. It is better if the presenter comes to the CIPS office for
making the presentation since internet and all other technical facilities
are available without any disruption. In case, if the presenters are having
all the facilities at their office or house with continuous internet and
electricity, they can as well make presentation from their places. The
only thing is that they should ensure for continuous presentation without
any disruption. However, the CIPS will coordinate and assist the
Resource Persons.

Administration of the Training Programme


1. The platform will be decided viz., Zoom or Google meet or
DIKSHA platform.
2. The tribal welfare department should identify one state level training
coordinator who will be having the mobile numbers/mail addresses
of district coordinators so as to send the zoom/google link to them
along with feedback forms.
3. The Tribal Welfare Department should identify district-level/ ITDA
level coordinator for each district/ ITDA who will be responsible for
having mail addresses/mobile numbers of all the headmasters in the
district/ ITDA in order to send the google/zoom link to the
participants and ensure their participation.

4. The TWD is requested to send all the mobile numbers and email IDs
of all participants to the CIPS so that the CIPS will send training link
to all the participants in addition to state and district level
communication.
5. The TWD should identify departmental officers to participate in the
inaugural and validatory session and address the participants. The
Director, CIPS will participate in the inaugural session.
6. The course-completion certificates will be developed and issued by
CIPS based on the performance levels of the participants. If the
participants fail in their first attempt, they may go for re-attempt to
get certificate.
7. All the course handbooks will be available on CIPS website
(www.cips.org.in), and also will be made available on the website
of Tribal Welfare Department to facilitate the participants to read
and download.
