Responsibilities &Accomplishment:

 Responsible to implement and monitor the quality management system at site to meet the
Project specified requirement and standard in a way that the progress of works is not affected

 To review contact and construction drawing, specification and BOQ’s and identify issues
related to the potential delays and find the solution.

 To liaise with government authorities and to ensure that the mandatory requirement are met
by the project.

 To review the materials against the project specification and to obtain approval from the
client/consultant.

 To review the procurement/fabrication and delivery period of materials

 To prepare method statement for works in order to meet project specification requirement
and to ensure that the same implemented at site while execution.

 Preparation of executive summary report about the project

 Managed all activities with all around involvement at each stage of works including costing,
estimation, and maintain all site records & variation of the works.

 Maintain the works quality, prepare weekly &monthly look ahead programme.

 Distribution of manpower to maintain the progress of works.

 Developed a congenial work atmosphere amongst all subordinates workman and staff.

 While establishing good report with client and consultant

 Monitor the work closely to ensure progress and completion within the programmable time
frame.

 CO ordination with subcontractor and supplier to ensure timely completion of works

 Enforcing quality and safety requirements.

 Preparation of in house billing

 Follow up progress meeting

 Place indent for labour, materials and plants requirement in consultation with the
manager/engineer/foremen and control their utilization.

 Prepare weekly and daily work schedule and issue to the site engineer/foremen.
