Who should apply
for the EMBA?
The programme is aimed at transforming mid-level and senior
executives into leaders capable of effectively leading an organisation
anywhere in the world. The part time programme covers the general
MBA curriculum while placing emphasis on behavioral and
interpersonal skills and international business issues.
The two and a half year curriculum requires participants to complete:

• 3 face to face workshops and 1 online workshop


• 12 core courses
• 2 electives
• 2 non-credit courses
• Practicum
GRADUATES WITH MANAGEMENT EXPOSURE
To qualify for entry to this programme, applicants must possess
an undergraduate degree (with Honors) and a minimum of
seven (7) years work experience in a senior managerial position.

PROFESSIONALS IN THE MANAGEMENT ARENA WITH


EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
Alternatively, persons without an undergraduate degree may qualify
through the mature entry route. Such persons would typically hold
Executive positions and possess extensive work experience. In these
cases, persons would possess at least fifteen (15) years working
experience of which seven (7) years will be in a senior managerial
position.

Applicants who have met the matriculation requirements are


required to undertake an assessment exercise. This exercise is
designed to assess students’ competencies and potential in
Innovation, Leadership, Ethics and Entrepreneurship. It also
assesses candidates, competencies in areas relevant to the
programme or profession.
