I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the pupils are expected to do the following:
a. explain the measure to prevent diseases,
b. practice ways to prevent diseases.
c. demonstrate good decision-making skills to prevent diseases.

2. Recall
I have here pictures, if the pictures show keeping the environment clean, raise your hands
and shake them. If it is not make two thumps down sign.
3. Motivation
This time I am going to divide the class into 3 groups. If you will be participating well in
class, your group will be having points. And this will be recorded in our incentive chart
today which is called “COVID-19 PATIENTS”. Patients will be removed from your
hospitals if you will do good.
Now, let us watch a short video. Are you ready?

4. Sleep- 8- 10 hours of sleep is required to stay strong and healthy.
5. Consultation at the Health Center- Consult a doctor every time you are
not feeling well to avoid diseases.
