The teacher’s table and chair are at the front of the class while the student
seat is divided into four rows, which in one row contain 12 seats. Not
crowded because the size of classroom can accommodate almost 50
students.

Yes, all classrooms are will-lit and well-ventilated that gives satisfaction for
the learners. The light is not drowsy and can inhale fresh air because
windows is made up of grills.

Each classroom have almost the same wall design which aims to give
information for all students and to be guided by this as well. The classroom environment
is good, well-lit and well-ventilated even curtain is anchored with other design. The
chairs and tables are balanced according to the volume of each rows. There is a mini
library in each classroom where students can use their free time by reading books.
Cleaning materials are well organized because having own cabinet. The needed facilities
and other DepEd order that school must have can see in this campus and all functional
and always ready for improvement.
ANALYZE
How do the school campus and classroom in particular impact the learning of
the students going to school? What are your conclusions?
As one of the observer, I conclude that learning environments play a vital role in
student success. The school must prepare healthy nor safe environment for the learners and
provide information that everyone will benefit and help for their development as
individual. Students who study in an active learning environment have been shown to be
more motivated and have a higher overall learning capabilities. Another one is the behavior
or attitude of the teacher in institution because I strongly believe that as a teacher your task
is not only educating your students but also knowing them in their two side to gain much
love and much respect from them because if you have those love it easy for you to
encourage them to do more, to do better.

How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development/
how does this relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?
In stage of child and adolescent, the trust and good relationship must be built in an
early age because that relationship will help the child to explore something because he/she
knew someone would guide him/her. In school, it is easy for the students to voice out his
answers or questions regarding the topic if he is comfortable with his environment.

Why not?
Of course, aside from the fact that this school is my second home when I
was in secondary high school it also helped me to be a better person. I’m
still amazed because of its fast growth and development. From head of
school to staff, they are all possessed the qualities of a good educator and I
really want to worked with them. In my almost 2 hours of observing I
found out how this school follow all DepEd Order. Very safe and the
learning environment is good.

As you enter the school, on right side of the building there are three bulletin
board on the wall. The first bulletin board contains school directory (Bayuin
National High School Directory), Emergency Hotline for the second while the third
bulletin contains Evacuation Route Plan (Earthquake and Fire). There are also
three bulletin board at covered pathway contains accomplishment of Supreme
Student Government, Nutritional Status of school staff and reminder of the threat
of Covid-19, plans of School Disaster Risk Reduction Management and
Transparency Board (Enrollment, NAT Result, Programs and Project, Inventory,
Activities, DepEd Order, Budget and Expenditure, DepEd Memo and Canteen).
Each classroom also have their own bulletin which contains Students’ Profile,
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Board, Senior High School Curricular,
Health Corner, Class Program, Physical Inventory, Financial Report and List of
Students.

The general bulletin board was placed on the wall of new building and at covered
pathway. Well-constructed, items are securely attached. Letters and illustrations can be
seen from a good distance. Have unity in design, colors and sizes. Conveys the message

organization and serve as transparency of each students.

Yes, board display can reflect the interest of the target audience because they can
relate on what they see. They will be motivated to become creative.

Yes, in every situation you have to consider your target audience and they preferred
language in order for them to understand and give feedback. Words are bold enough to be
clearly seen.
Of course, It is effective because through this student will enjoy on what they are
doing. It also help to have social interaction of one individual to others.

support the main point.

2. Which of the skills you named in # 1 do you already have? Recall your pass
experiences in making board displays. How do you practice these skills?
I am very resourceful and unique person, I remember when I was SSG Officer
in our school, I like doing board display just to have new looks in our office and I
usually used plastic tht cn be recycled to make vase, flowers and curtain. I practiced
this skills daily but in different situation. I am educ srudents so I used my skills to
prepare visual aids that is not common in teaching.
3. Which skills do you still need to develop? What concrete steps will you take on
how you can improve on or acquire these skills?
Being creative and artistic in other things because I have a lot of idea but I can’t
make an output to show it. Concrete steps that I will take is study more about it, try
to execute what inside in my head and if by chance I will try to go to worshop.
