3 Safety Observations Report 380 KV DC OHTL - Alqiddya Project, 16-01-2022

The daily safety observation report identified 8 safety issues at a 380kV overhead transmission line project in Alqiddya. Issues included working at heights without proper documentation, unavailability of safety personnel for critical activities, an unlevel crane during lifting of workers, missing riggers, incomplete fall protection equipment, lack of reflective vests, incorrect worker qualifications, and climbing towers without lifeline systems. All identified issues were subsequently corrected.
