This is to inform you that since 2020, a number of new officers and officials have joined in GSI, SRO either on transfer or as new
recruitment.  
For smooth functioning of AEBAS (Aadhar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System), it is essential to register their names in AEBAS.
Hence it is requested to kindly make arrangement for the following officers and officials of your Division to do the exercises as
mentioned below:

Who have joined GSI, SR on transfer, should transfer out their names in  AEBAS website from previous GSI offices and
kindly mail their Attendance ID (Last 8 digits of Aadhar) , name and designation with Employee Id to [email protected] 
for further action from this end.
The newly joined officials and officers of  GSI, SR  are requested to kindly visit Geodata Division along with photocopy of
Aadhar Card and one passport size photo (Soft copy also can be used). The physical presence is required. They can also
registered themselves in AEBAS website through gsisrhyb.attendance.gov.in.   

 The list of officers and officials are below  for your further necessary action please.
It is also requested to inform the officer or officials of above-mentioned categories, whose names are not in the attached excel
file, to carry out the similar exercise.
