Working with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. Ahmadabad.
Role: Executive Utility Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & infra.

 Project planning and execution in co-ordination with Project team, design team, and vendor
management of utility services& civil work.
 Leading 30 member’s utility team for operation & maintenance purpose. Utility Shift Engineer
handling shift operation for complete utilities for automobile unit.
 Handling of Compressors (Total 8 with 2 VFD), HVAC (AHU & AC), Chiller 3000TR, Boiler& HWG, Cooling
Tower, Fume exhaust, Fuel yards (Gasoline, LNG & HSD) handling, WTP, STP ETP & ZLD .
 Preparation of Daily, Monthly MIS report, Monthly MSQCD report.
 Training execution & coordination for utility team.
 New improvements, CR theme implementation, & ISO (QMS &EMS) ,OSHMS.
 Budget & inventory control, annual budget planning for utilities.

2. July-2014 to April 2015 (1Year)


Working with Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd. Pune through Sodexo Technical Services.
Role: Shift engineer Utility Mechanical.
Responsibilities:
 Utility Mechanical Shift Engineer handling shift for operation & maintenance of utilities for Passenger
vehicle plant, daily PM planning as per master planner according to ISO schedule.
 Operation & maintenance of 12000 CFM Compressors (with 2 VSD), AHU, Chiller 2200TR, Boiler, HWG,
Fuel Yards, Cooling Tower, and PHE & HVAC.

3. Apr-2012 to June– 2014 (2 Years)


Working with Trident Group (Trident India Pvt. ltd) in 70 MT towel plant .
Role:Utility Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
 Leading 40 person’s utility team (electricians & fitters. welder ,plumber, carpenter direct
reporting) for operation & maintenance of Utilities , civil work, and workshop .
 Spare & Inventory management, Coordinating & completion of Daily TPM activities for utility
scope, conduct training for operative for proper maintenance of utilities.

4. July-2011 to Apr-2012 (1 Years on fixed contract)


Working with Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd. Jaipur as a maintenance coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Drawing & assembly of workstation for assembly line, Operation & Maintenance of compressor, &
AHU. Industrial engineering (Improving work area through Kaizen).

PROJECTS:

1. Power saving project at Trident Limited: -To reduce plant power consumption from 1.49
kWh /kg to 1.30 kWh /kg of towel at Trident Limited Punjab .
Result -achieve 3.6Mil. (Inr) of power saving (in financial terms) by successfully completion of
project.

2. Reduction in utilities breakdowns at Trident Limited:Successfully complete project by adopting


TPM methodology and achieve approximate 1.2 mi. Annual saving by reduction in breakdowns
& enhance equipment uptime.
3. Installation of Waste Heat recovery System at HMSI Site
Objective -To utilize compressor & furnace exhaust heat for heating of water to be used in Paint
shop & Machine shop.
Result - Save LNG & carbon emission by effective installation of waste heat recovery system.
Achieve 8.4 mil. Inr annual saving (6 rupees / vehicleproduction)
4. Installation of MBBR system for water treatment at HMSI site.
5. Installation of ATFD for salt separation from effluent water at HMSI site.
