CHAPTER 5

Summary of Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations

This chapter contains that the research summary of findings, conclusions and

recommendations of the whole study. The findings of the study with detailed information

are written in summary. Generelations and other interference would be seen on the

conclusion while the other recommendations of the researchers to the benificiaries of

this study can also seen on this chapter. Generally, this chapter aims to cover-up the

end result of the study.

Summary of Findings

The study identifies the Advantages and Disadvantages Using Online Video

Lecture. In terms of Communication, Collaboration and Distance.

The literature review was concentrated on the advantages and disadvantages of

using online video lecture in terms of communication, collaboration, and distance. It

was found that, using Advantages and Disadvantages in an online class was being

compared and benefits of using online video lecture.

The research was undertaken on STEM students in ACLC College of Taytay.

The intention was to determine and gather data to know the Advantages and

Disadvantages of online video lectures during the pandemic or during their virtual class.
Conclusions

The researchers, therefore, conclude that the majority of the population of

STEM students preferred the Advantages and Disadvantages of online video lectures

as a medium of instruction. Lack of Connection is the highest in Advantages and

Disadvantages in the online video lecture

The researchers conclude that the Advantages and Disadvantages of online

learning do affect the students in the online video lecture. Advantages and

Disadvantages of online video lectures are being used in the virtual discussion.

Recommendation

The researchers recommend that the use of online video learning for the

student is maybe effective function but not all the students can have a stable internet

connection to attend the online classes. Other researchers can continue the project for

the other strand or students that also have the same situation. The Researcher also

recommend identifying students who may be struggling or disengaging, other students

can also have missing due dates school works or not participating the classes, ask them

why or what's their problem or send personal “how’s it going” messages to check in with

students and or set up a time where the two of you can meet.

The researcher also recommends the recognizing the different life experiences

of the students' students, not all students have the same access or experience. Be

flexible and adaptable to students’ efficacy to engage in learning activities.
