Objectives:
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
 Classify the history and different combative sports
 Perform the basic skills of combative sports
 Show teamwork and cooperation through participation

Motivation
The students will be divided in to three; each group will be given a piece of paper with
one picture on them. They will be asked to reenact the given picture and identify what
type of sports seen on the picture
They will come up with the following pictures:
1. Individual Sports
- Running
- Rhythmic sportive gymnastics
- Swimming
2. Dual Sports
- Badminton
- Table tennis
- Tennis
3. Combative Sports
- Arnis (Anyo)
- Taekwondo (Poomsae) - Karate (Kata)
