1. What’s your major?

I'm currently a freshman at Tay Nguyen University, and my major is English pedagogy. this is my dream and i will do
my best for it.

2. What do you like most about your major?


My major is amazing. Learning English brings me many benefits and enjoyment. above all, the thing I like most is
opening up new knowledge, you know, it has been said that learning a new language is like getting a new life. In
addition, the learning environment at school is also great.

3. What don’t you like about your major?


There are not many things I actively dislike about my school. But to answer this question, I would say it’s the
workload. There are always a lot of assignments and we are constantly under pressure. However, it's also beneficial
in helping us improve our skills.

4. Do you like listening to music? Why/Why not?

Of course yes. I'm really into music. Listening to music is part and parcel of my daily activities and I cannot imagine
my life without music. Listening to music is an excellent way to unwind after a long working day.

5. What kind of music do you like?

I’m not completely into any kind of music specifically, I like many kinds of music, I used to like country music, but
lately I especially have a special admiration for pop music, because I have found several exelent songs of this genre.

6: What types of music are popular where you live?

There is a musical diversity where I live. Young people keen on pop, middle-aged people fancy bolero. old people
have sympathy for traditional music. Overall, no music really stands out over the others.

7: What do you often do in your free time?

Everyone has hobbies or things to do in their free time, for me I spend my free time chatting with my friends. Besides,
I also like to read books, recently I spend a lot of free time reading science books. it really fascinates me.

8: How much time do you spend doing your hobbies?

I would say it take a minimum of 1 hours on busy days, and a maximum of 12 on free days such as Tet. But on
average, probably i spen 3 hours a day for my hobies.

9: Which activities are you interested in, cooking or going to the cinema? Why?

I'm a person with a simple style of cooking and eating, so I don't pay too much attention and spend a lot of time on it.
Therefore, I definitely prefer going to the movies than cooking. Going to the movies is also a way for me to stay
socially connected with friends.

10: Do you play any sports? Why/ Why not?

Almost everyone loves and plays one or more sports, and I am no exception. I especially love swimming, because it's
really fun and on hot days, swimming helps cool the body.

11: How much time do you spend doing sports?


I go swimming in the artificial swimming pool twice a week. In the summer I go more than usual. When I was a kid, I
used ta spend all day swimming with the kids in the neighborhood, but now I have to cut back time to do other
things.

12: Which do you prefer, volleyball or football? Why?

Honestly, I'm not too fond of both soccer and volleyball. However, if I have to choose between one of these two
sports to play or watch, I'm more inclined to football. Football seems simpler to play than volleyball, in addition,
there are many attractive football matches on TV.

13: What subjects have you always enjoyed?

There are many subjects that I am interested in. such as philosophy, history, English...and English is my favorite
subject, it is also my major. It is an extremely useful and engaging subject. I believe it will help me a lot in the future.

14: What subjects have you always been good at

I have a great passion for history. I always spend a lot of time learning about historical events and processes, not only
of Vietnam but the whole world. History helpe me gain more knowledge and broaden my horizons.

15: What's the most useful subject you've ever studied?

In my opinion, every subject is tremendously necessary and useful. For me personally, English is the most useful
subject i ever study. English helps me to communicate with foreigners. I also hope to get a scholarship to study
abroad.

16: What kind of courses have you done?

I have attended several courses of different genres. such as academic courses, driver's license courses... the one that
impressed me the most was that I took part in an accelerated Japanese language course to export labor to Japan.

17: At what age do you go to the university?

I am similar to most peole, I went to college when I was 18 years old. I used to study at Ho Chi Minh University of
Law, but I dropped out in my 2nd year. This makes me very tormented and regretful. Now I go to school again,
because I want to fulfill my unfinished dream.

18: What do you think is the best age to start working?

It's hard to draw a conclusion about the right age to start a career. many people start their careers right after they
graduate from college, many start their careers as teenagers, they already make a lot of money. Many people don't
need to work because their parents are rich. In general, I find starting a career after college is a common way for
most people.

19: What would be your ideal job?

Everyone has their own opinion about the ideal job. For me, the ideal job is a leisurely, low-pressure job with a high
salary. However, today the world is very competitive, there is no such job like that, unless your father is the president
of the company. In the future I want to be a teacher, even though this job doesn't meet the criteria of the ideal job.

20: Would you prefer to work in an office or work outdoors?


To be honest, although I have fondness for outdoor work, however, if to choose outdoor work or office work for long-
term work, I choose office work. You know, the climate in Vietnam is very hot, working outside for a long time is easy
to lose strength and there is a risk of skin cancer.

21: Do you like to work with different people?

I'm an adaptable person, so it doesn't matter if I work independently or with different people. Although when
working with other people, there will be conflicts, but it is great to learn more working experience from them to
improve my skill.

22: What's your favourite food? Why?

In Vietnamese and international cuisine, there are quite a few great dishes. of which my favorite is the beef steak.
This dish drives me crazy because it has such a wonderful taste. Althought I don't have a lot of money to enjoy this
dish at a high-class restaurant, but I can make it at home because it's not too complicated to cook. In Vietnamese and

23: Do you like eating out or eating at home? Why?

I'm a rather lazy person and live alone, so I prefer to eat out than at home. because I don't like cooking and washing
dishes. Moreover, eating out at the restaurant has quite a lot of dishes to choose from. Even so, eating out is often
more expensive than cooking at home.

24: . What dishes can you cook?

I can cook quite a few dishes but most of them are simple. A typical example is fried eggs. I cook it every day for my
meals, you know, it's super simple in terms of ingredients preparation and processing. And the cooking time is also
extreamly fast.

25: 1. How often do you shop at the supermarket?

Supermarket and traditional market are quite far from my house. Therefore, I only go to the market twice a week to
buy food. During the holidays, I go to the market more than usual because I have a lot of free time, for me, going to
the market is like a leisure activity.

26: In your house, who does the food shopping?

Before, when I lived with my family, my mother was the one who often went to the market to buy food for the whole
family. Currently, I live alone, so I have to take care of everything by myself, including daily grocery shopping.

27: What kind of food do you prefer to buy?

I prefer to buy frozen food and vegetables. because it can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator. In addition, I
also buy a variety of other foods in just enough quantities to avoid wasting food and money.

28: How often do you go to cafe or restaurants?

My frequency of going to the cafe depend on the time of year and depend on my mood. On holidays like Tet, I go to a
cafe with friends more often than usual. In general, I go to the cafe about 2 times a week.
29: Are there any good places to eat near you house?

There are many great eateries in the town where I live. in which there are many traditional restaurants, there are
many seafood restaurants....but I like the "bun dau mam shrimp" shop named Hai HA, it's yummy and cheap.

30: Are you allergic to any kinds of food?

Fortunately, I am not allergic to any food, so I can enjoy all the delicious foods without any worries. except worry
about my money.

31: How often do you use taxis in your own city?

Currently I live in a rural area, so there are no taxis here. In the past when I lived in HCM CITY, sometimes I used a
technology taxi, like grab, uber because it was cheap and convenient.

32: Do you take a taxi when you're travelling?

I usually travel by my motorbike, so I don't need to use a taxi. but if I am traveling for a long time, I can take a taxi to
the airport or take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

33: When was your last trip by taxi? Where did you go?

The last time I took a taxi was more than a year ago when I lived in Ho Chi Minh city, when I took a taxi to go to the
cinema with my girlfriend.

34: Do like travelling or having a short trip? Why/Why not?

Long trips and short trips both have their own advantages. however I prefer short-term travel to long-term travel,
because it is less expensive and I can organize and go alone without the service of a travel agency.

35: . Which countries in the world would you like to visit? Why/ Why not?

There are many wonderful countries as travel destinations, for me Japan is always the first choice. it's a country with
beautiful scenery, unique culture and yummy food. In addition, I also extreamaly fancy the Japan climate, I really love
watching the snow fall.

36: What means of transport would you like to take when travelling and why?

I often use motorbike as a means of transportation when traveling. because motorbikes are convenient and I am free
to go wherever I want. However, sometimes I also use many other types of transport in my journey.

37: How often do you use a cash machine or go into a bank?

I very often use ATMs to withdraw money because nowadays except in remote areas, atm machines are available on
every street. And when I want to make a big transaction, I go to the bank.

38: When you go shopping, how do you prefer to pay?

Advances in technology have enabled today's society to have many payment methods. For me, I like the e-wallet
payment method, because I find it extremely fast and convenient. However, in rural areas, this form of payment is
not very popular.
39: Do you ever use the Internet for paying bills, banking or shopping?

I'm an online shopping addict, and I love using the internet to pay for e-wallets. Fast, convenient and often get
discount codes
