Senior Agile Transformation Program Manager (Remote)

 Define long and short term goals and objectives for the program
 Develop the roadmap, strategy, overall transformation plan, and metrics to achieve the
goals and objectives
 Provide visibility to leadership on transformation progress and outcomes,
risks/impediments, and solutions, in a metrics-driven approach
 Track and champion best practices and processes
 Collaborate with other leads to drive the implementation of necessary tools to support
the transition
 Identify roadblocks that challenge the move to Agile and either escalate, mitigate or
resolve
 Help drive cross-functional alignment and decisions required across IT’s programs and
projects
 Drive consistency and commonality where needed
 Facilitate and influence key transition processes and activities
 Create forums and vehicles for teams to share information and best practices

Senior Agile Transformation Consultant


Responsibilities 
 Take the overall accountability and responsibility of successfully delivering IT Operating
Model or New Ways of Working Transformation Consulting engagements based on the
established scope of work as per the signed contract
 Build a trusted partner status with the client C-suite stakeholders based on excellent
delivery of the Transformation Engagement
 Achieve the following objectives in addition to any other stated outcomes by the client
or your leadership team, in delivering your assigned engagement:
 Manage global onshore/offshore teams and the work they are delivering
 Move from client organization from “projects to a products and platform” organization
 Move from traditional (waterfall) ways of working to Agile, DevSecOps and Cloud ways
of working Establish distributed Agile practices, but with the recent COVID-19
pandemic, make delivery of work effective with even 100% remote working of teams
 Attract, hire, retain, inspire and manage the new age talent required for the successful
delivery at your assigned client(s). Mentor and guide the team members where required
 Ensure team and self-utilization at all times based on the quarterly goals and objectives
established by your practice and account leadership
 As a senior level-consulting leader, besides delivering your assigned client
engagement(s), you will also be required to lead and/or support ongoing pursuits to
win new business at existing or new clients. Such requirements will be discussed with
you from time to time for active support.
 Own and achieve the assigned revenue, client satisfaction and team utilization targets
 Motivate your team members and also yourself to write about the delivery successes as
white papers and thought leadership articles that are published in reputed forums in
the industry. Also, find opportunities to present jointly at industry forums. Co-authoring
and co-presenting with clients is highly encouraged and will be a plus.
 Refer and identify suitable talent for the consulting practice and actively support their
hiring from time to time
 Travel to client locations as and when needed (sometimes up to 80% travel required)

Agile Transformation Director


Detailed Description  
 Teach and mentor organization on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban
 Facilitate events in a way that brings out the ideas of everyone on the
team. Ensures the outcomes of the events are achieved.
 Coaches organization to solve their own problems. The leader does not need to
provide the solutions to the teams. They should be able to coach the product leadership
and the org to make the teams more empowered. Agilists will need to challenge the
teams, technical leadership, and product leadership to focus on their craft or technical
excellence.
 Help the organization navigate through organization change leveraging pieces
from Kotter’s “Leading Change”, Heath brother’s “Switch”, and ADKAR.
 Improve team dynamics – Work with the organization to implement and create new
practices that will improve the organization’s ability to deliver better outcomes. Ensure
work environment is not just diverse but inclusive in background and thought. Fosters a
Kaizen mindset within and outside the team.
 Make work visible to ensure impediments are removed and progress is visible.
 Remove impediments – help the teams remove their own barriers, leverage network to
remove barriers the team is unable to remove and challenge organizational
impediments.
 Must continuously focus on improving yourself, your team and the Agile
community within WESCO.
