There are many reasons on the causes of rapid population growth in developing countries.

First there
are many childbearing people in developing countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and India for
example. The more childbearing people are the more babies produced. Second probably is to produce
many children as a safety measure to increase a family’s source of income. Third is the lack of
knowledge in family planning and lack of birth control facilities. Fourth like in the Philippines the Church
meddles in the implementation of birth control programs. Fifth is when people are not busy working and
they live in areas without electricity and water contributes to too many children. Also, it depends on the
decision of parents they must regulate their production of children.
