. The speaker not working / no sound?

@ Check when you turn the knob, does the light will be on, too.
Rotate the knob to turn on speaker and check the light status. lf no light, that means the speaker is not power on. Please check whether the USB
power port is plug in tightly. Try change another USB port on your PC or change another 5V 1A-2A power adapter.

o The light is on, but no sound?

@ Check does the 3.5mm AUX cable plug in correct AUX hole.
There are 2 cables of the speaker, the pink one is for microphone hole, the green one is for headphone/speaker hole. Please make sure avoid
confusion of these 2 AUX port on your desktop PC. lf you are using a laptop, usually only plug in the green AUX cable will be OK.

o The cables are in correct connection, but still no sound?

@ Check does any other audio device plug in, too. And then check the default device settings.
For example, if you plug in 3 USB device on your PC (A speaker, a microphone, and a webcam), some device's software will set itself as a "Default
Device" automatically, even it is NOT a speaker. You might need to into the PC system's audio setting, check and select the correct "Default
Device" manually.

@ Check does the audio volume settlng on your PC or player software is muted.
Check the PC system and player's volume setting, and make sure they are not muted.
@ Check does the PC's sound card is working correctly.
Try use another speaker, or another computer, to test and compare to confirm whether problem is from the speaker or the PC.

o There are noise during playing?

We collect many brand USB speakers to test and compare, and also count and analyse the customer's feedback, we found that the background
noise are actually hard to 100% avoid. lt is closely related to user's environment and computer's status. We can only try our best to keep it under
control.
@ Check and clean the wires and ports,
Please unplug the speakel check and clean if there is some dust in theAUX or USB port. And then plug in again. Make sure all interfaces are
plugged tightly.
@ Use the 5V 1A-2A USB power adapter to gain the power, instead of plug in to your PC's USB.
We understand that plug to the PC directly is more convenient to use, but lf possible, we highly recommend to use
ftE
a QUALIry 5V 1A-24 power adapter to supply the power to the speaker, to avoid the "common-ground effect".
This can help avoid the noise greatly.
@ Unknow PC's fluctuating current happen.
orl
PC is working for some special software or other purpose and fluctuating current happen, make the effects to audio signal and USB power. Usually
restart the computer will solved.
@ Confirm the noise problem source.
Some electric noise are from the PC's oxidized AUX or USB port and unstable PC power source. Recommend to change and compare more
speaker/computer to use and confirm the problem source.

Believe us if anything we can help, we will do it for you. Please contact us if you already try
the steps above but still having a problem. We will doing our best to meet your satisfaction.
