2. Please provide BTP with a copy of your invoice and contact us prior to the shipment of items.
3. Follow our shipping/freight instructions closely to avoid further charges. You could be responsible for the extra shipping charges
if the follow instructions are not followed.
4. Returns will be accepted for any reason (unless the item has been installed or used in any way), however you will be
responsible for all return shipping fees. No reimbursement or credits will be issued until the items are received. If the items are
returned to BTP damaged you may be responsible. Therefore you should utilize any insurance options that are made available by
the shipping carrier.
You are responsible for finding a pallet or crate in good condition and properly securing the items.
Electronic Repairs:
Please provide the following information in writing when sending Electronic controls for repair.
1. Name and Address of the owner or primary contact
2. Specific Error codes
3. Every known failure. ex. Tractor skips a gear, or tractor won't move
4. Details of when each failure occurs, including any warning signs, driver actions, enviormental conditions, or even
weather conditions if they are relavant. Any unuasual activity that happens or early indicators that precede the contoller
fault will be helpful to us.
