DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURE

The following will be observed to gather the relevant data needed:

1. The researchers will request for the approval of the Grade 12 advisors of San Francisco High
School in conducting the research as well as the approval of students whom will answer the
given survey questionnaire, a letter of request will be included as well.

2. The researchers will distribute and conduct an online survey questionnaire to the respondents.
Before the respondents answer the questions conducted in the online survey questionnaire, the
researchers will let them know first what is the purpose and goal of their study so that they will
give them clear directions on how to answer the questions right and how it can help the
progress of research.

3. The researchers will gather the entire survey questionnaire from the respondents to process and
analyze the data gathered. This will be use to gather additional information that they can use to
validate the existing data.
