ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT
SY 2017-2018

The meeting started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon with a short prayer led by Mam
Carmencita basquinas and was followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted
by Sir Felipe R. Rayco. It was then followed by the checking of attendance by the GPTA Secretary
Mam Marisen Rempillo. After the preliminaries, the school head started to Report the performance of
the school for the school Year 2017-2018. She started the report with the presentation of the School
Improvement Plan (SIP) for sy 2016-2018. She presented the priority projects included in the SIP.
Regarding then school monitoring evaluation and adjustment he emphasized the 13% decrease in
enrollment for the school year 2018-2019 based on the early registration On the same note, he
emphasized that no school-aged children was left unenrolled. He emphasized that some teachers and
parents should exert more effort to help struggling readers in our school. She commended the Grade 4
pupils for having the highest Performance Level in academics. She presented the 2018 School report
Card. On her report on the utilization of the MOOE, the school was able to procure school supplies,
and repainting of 7 classrooms. The school was also able to buy a sala set. The proposed 2 span
perimeter fence was also implemented. School achievements highlighted several victories in sports
and academic competition.. On academic competition, several pupils received awards in Multi Galing,
a showcase of talents from the Multi Grade school in Albay. The SPG President join the spg election
at the district. After the report on the achievements of the school, the discussant presented his plans for
the following school year inclusive of School ID`s and construction of two-storey school building
which will be financed by Deped. It was then followed by the accomplishment and Financial Report of
the GPTA. GPTA initiated an Income Generating project to finance the proposed three-piece
playground equipment’s composed of all steel see-saw, swing and slide. Lastly, after a few more
clarifications on the financial report, before the meeting ends the school heads acknowledge all the
people involved in helping the school in different activities and program for the school year 2017-
2018, the parents also assure to continue support the DepEd’s program, Projects and Activities.
