Dear Dr. Manaoat,


I am currently handling Grade 12 Students on the subject Inquiries, Investigation, and
Immersion in our school. In pursuit of our visions and missions, to provide the best learning
possible amidst COVID-19 pandemic, and in partial fulfillment for the said subject, my students
are required to submit a research by the end of the academic term. In fulfilling such requirement,
my students are currently working on their respective research projects.
Attached in this letter is a list of students that already have approved proposals and are
therefore ready to proceed for data collection.
I ensure that these students observe strict COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols and that
they will not resort to any forms of face-to-face transactions all throughout the stages of their
research-making process. In this premise, on behalf of my students, I am asking for your
permission to allow them to collect data from their participants and respondents, which they will
do through alternative means such as google forms and other available social platforms.
