a. Civil Work & Dismantle works are not included
b. One year warranty from the date of installation. Warranty dose not claim due to Defects arising from
electrical problem, electricity supply deficiencies, mishandling or lack of maintenance, Without light.
c. This filtration unit will only works for water cleaning . This can not be use as
iron / Hard Particles removing & dechemicalised system
d. Water proofing is must and should be done by client.
e . Any Kind of Swimming pool civil plan or structural design is not included. Only Swimming pool
plumbing & Elctrical wire design will be provided to client if needed.
Schedule of Works
Primary Plumbing & electrical work will be completed during Construction time
Min. 60 days required to import & supply all the equipment at site
Min. 15 days required for commissioning
Min. 7 days required for trial basis operation and Training

Proper Storage of materials at site after supply & during installation Time
Our Technicians Accomodation/Fooding and For Executive also Executive room/ with TA DA
Mode of Payment:
50% advanced would be provided with the work order.
40% within 3 days after materials at site.
10% within 7 days after completion of the work.
Cash / cheque would be provided by you in favor of A Plus Bangaldesh.
