I. TRAINING OBJECTIVES: The In-Service Training will equip the teachers with essential knowledge with a positive discipline
and understanding in the teaching- learning process in the new normal amidst the pandemic by:
VIII. Rationale:
The program for the INSERVICE training vary from year to year and its tailored to the needs of the teachers as well as
the needs of the school system. Responding to the new normal amidst the pandemic, this program is differently designed
to cater to the needs and problems encountered by the teachers much more so adjusting to the present situation of the
new normal of the learning-teaching process. This INSERVICE training is attuned at setting the value of unity to an
organization, the New Movement of the 21st century.
1. To promote the continuous improvement of the total professional staff of the school system.
2. To eliminate deficiencies in the background preparation of teachers and other professional workers in education.
3. To keep the professional abreast of new knowledge.
4. To give attention and support to teachers in the new normal specially during this pandemic.
With this, TSNHS guided by the rules of DEPED made sure to push through such preparation amidst covid-19 to equip
teachers in the field.
