1. Before the Lesson The teacher will ask the pupils to see and compare the
different shapes of faces, eyes, noses, lips, and ears of
their classmates.
2. During the Lesson For the Face:
Who has round face? Who has a long oval face?
Who has a small face? Who has a big face?
For the Eyes:
Who has round big eyes? Who has small eyes?
Whose eyes go up at the sides has round big eyes?
Whose eyes get smaller when he/she smiles?
For the Noses:
Who has a pointed nose? Who has a flat nose?
For the Lips:
Whose lips are thin? Whose lips are thick?
Whose lips are reddish? Whose lips are blackish?
For the Ears: Who has small ears? Who has big ears?
Lesson Activity:
The teacher will call a volunteer. Let them describe the
facial features of a pupil/volunteer. Describe his/her
shape of face, eyes, nose, ears, and lips.
Activity:
Face your partner. Draw the facial features of their
partner.
Synthesis: Let each pair present their work in front and
say something about their work.
Generalization:

IV. PROCEDURES Motivation:
1. Before the Lesson Ask a pupil volunteer to stand in front. Let the class
identify the different parts of the body and ask what the
function of each are (e.g. legs for jumping/-running/-
walking, hands for writing, touching etc.)
2. During the Lesson Lesson Activity
Ask the class to do the following actions – jumping,
walking, running,
hopping, leaping and climbing.
Ask: What part of the body did you use to do those
action? Where is the position of the arms?
Group Activity
Ask each pupil to look for their partner. Let each pair draw
the action that their partner asks them to do so like
walking, jumping, running and climbing.
Synthesis
Let each pair present their work in front and say
something about their work.
Ask: How did you find the activity? What did you feel
while doing the activity?
Generalization:
Line is one of the most important Elements of Art
especially when you form a figure in your drawing.
