KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale made and executed by and between:

MNY INTERNATIONAL CORP, a company located at Aguinaldo Highway Bypass Road San
San Vicente II, Silang, Cavite;
-and-

Ms. Marissa Valencia, of legal age, a resident of 15 Bonner St. Fairmont Park North Fairview
Quezon City :
-witnesseth-

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner one (1) unit of motor vehicle and more
particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is desirous of selling of the afore-described motor vehicle and the
VENDEE is likewise willing to purchase the same;

NOW THEREFORE, for in consideration of the sum of Two Million Fifty Thousand Pesos
(₱ 2,050,000 .00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which hereby acknowledge to the complete satisfaction of
the VENDEE from the VENDOR by virtue of these presents of these presents does hereby SELL,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY the afore-said Vehicle unto and in favor of the VENDEE, his heirs,
assigns, and succession in interest.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties hereunder affixed their respective signatures this
3rd day of February 2022 at Aguinaldo Highway Bypass Road San Vicente II, Silang,Cavite
