Respected Ma’am,
With due respect, submit that I was absent from the college from 7 th Jan,
2022 to 10th Jan, 2022.
I could not attend the college on these respective days due to rainy weather. As it rained
heavily on 7th and 8th Jan, 2022, the main roads were presenting a flooding situation as the
sewer canals had overflown. Furthermore, I was absent on 10th Jan, 2022 due to the
reconstructions of roads in our vicinity. We could not use any vehicle as it took a whole day for
the roads to dry completely.
I, therefore, request you to mark the absents as leave. I hope you will accept my leave
application. I will be really grateful towards you for this kind act.

2022 to 20th Jan, 2022.
I could not attend the college on these respective days as I was not feeling well. I was
suffering from mild fever due to stomach infection and the doctor had prescribed me to take
proper medication and rest for two days. Moreover, I had informed the class teacher about my
leave via WhatsApp and had also attached my Medical Certificate with the leave application.
I hope that you will accept my application on medical grounds. I shall be grateful towards
you, for this kind act.
