Production Team Agreement

This is Agreement (the “Agreement”) made on _____________________ for a Senior Project Ryerson
University short film entitled, _____________________________________________ (the “Production”)
includes the undersigned director and/or producers of the “Production”. The Producers in this agreement

The Production:
a) The film is to be directed/co-produced by _______________________________ and produced by

b) The terms and conditions for their co-producer relationship are outlined in this Agreement.
c) The principle photography is scheduled for the following dates: ___________________________
d) Copyright ownership of the Production shall be shared by the producers as named above.
e) This Agreement ensures the Production costs are the shared responsibility of the undersigned
parties.
f) Any and all financial awards received for the Production will go to payment of outstanding debt
incurred by the Production.
g) Any financial awards received by the Production beyond payment of outstanding debt shall be
shared equally.

Contribution to the production cost:
