Introduction & Scope

This Manual describes the setting details of Projectile technology weaving


machine. Sulzer Textiles are the only projectile manufacture and widely running
around the world in Textile weaving industries. We have taken this P 7350
projectile technology as reference and provided all the details from safety
instructions, technical features of machine, transporting procedures, guide lines to
installation, mechanical and textile adjustments of all motions, preventive
maintenance and lubrication procedures, maintenance of important motions with
SOPs and last provided some check lists for the maintenance technicians.

This manual will be most useful for to capacitate weaving experts, freshers and
existing rapier weaving industries. Thanks to Sulzer Projectile Operation and
Maintenance manual – 2006 edition to provide the necessary details to prepare
this manual.
