1. Complete the Matrix below by classifying the given services, stating the basis and

2. CASE: Happy Hand Laundry Shop had installed a new computer system to cut the
customers’ waiting time and simplifying the drop -off and pick up processes. Customers were
enjoying the system of bringing their clothes to the Laundry shop and after few hours, their
clothes are washed and ready to bring home. But on the 4th month, the manager, Elaine Perez
received an angry letter from George Moreno that his laundry had been lost by the new system.
George demanded compensation and apology. How will the situation be resolved applying the

Mr. George Moreno is right in seeking demand compensation because Ms. Elaine Perez as the
manager will be aware about the Customer care wherein, she can identify what is the problem
and understand the side of her customers, by doing this she can build relationship ties to her
customers wherein Relationship Marketing can give higher customer retention. And by doing
this she builds Internal Marketing by becoming enthusiastic about and devoted to their work.
