I was employed at the Revenue Management Unit of Maynilad, a multi million company that produces potable water to
customers, serving excellence to millions of Filipino people within the West Zone of Metro Manila. I was tasked to use a
worldwide system called System Application Program (SAP) which I could create/assign a device number for a newly
installed water meter wherein a periodic reading of a customer consumption is being stored and registered. Update meter
information in case of replacement . Provides on-link information and ready view for a certain Call Center Agent and
Customer Service Personnel.
Makes a sensitive decision in recommending field investigation with doubtful meter registration . Endorses to Office
concerned with suspicious meter reading for ocular inspection and proper investigation such as abprubt increase of
consumption to avoid future complaints.
I was tasked to disconnect or blocked customers account for the purpose of disabling the system in generating bills
if no payment has been made by the customer within sixty (60) days. This procedures will stop the customer from receiving
the Statement of Account from the company.
I was also designated to immediately reconnect or to remove from blocking the system provided payment has been made
by the customer. Analyzes, processess , and enables the system for final billing .
