1. How do you appreciate in workplace communication?

Good communication is an essential tool in achieving productivity and


maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organization and
this has been particularly important since the COVID-19 outbreak forced
many people to work remotely.

Quality communication in the workplace can eliminate unnecessary problems


and promote better performance. The ability to communicate effectively in
the workplace can increase overall productivity, and create a strong team. If
employees consult with each other and consider the views of others, they will
be interested in cooperating more and finding the best solution together.

2. Why is participating in workplace communication important?

A good listener is someone who gives you a lot of attention when you are

and support you.
Being a good listener is more than just allowing the other person to speak and
you being nearby. You have to take in what the person is saying and
sometimes go deeper. You may have to read between the lines, ask questions,
and offer support.
