Read the different elements and steps of a classroom/remote management plan. Make your
own plan which you can implement in your classroom/remote teaching-learning plan. You may
request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Teaching-Learning Management Plan of your
Resource Teacher or you may search the internet for more samples/exemplars to guide you in
creating your plan.
Be guided with the guide questions for each of the elements. Follow these reminders in writing
your plan:
Philosophical Statement:
Provide safe respectful, and open environment to the students in the class.
Classroom Rules and Procedures
1.Treat others as you would like to be treated.
2.Respect other people and their property ( e.g , no hitting, no stealing)
3. Laugh with anyone , but laugh at no one.
4. Be responsible for your own learning.
5. Come to class and hand in assignments on time.
6. Do not disturb people who are working.
Teacher-Student Relationships
Teachers have schedule in the feedback if they understand the lesson from the given SLM and other
learning materials.
6. Wear goggles and gloves during experiments when instructed to do so by the teacher.
7. Do not bring weapons or toys look like weapon.
8. Walk in safe , quiet right side of hallways when going home and use pedestrian lane.
1. After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan form different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions:
-The component have I noted the : Autonomy provide the student freedom of
choice.Competence crucial part . When the student does well we should praise. Relatedness
motivation to learners.
-Information need to utilize to know the needs of every learners.
- The significant things I noticed learners can easily performed the expected activities because proper
orientation about the Management plan.
-There were learners do not have home based facilitators to guide them in the duration of the MDL-
Printed and Radio Based Instruction. The teacher prepared home visits and recorded video lesson to be
watched by the concerned learners needs tutor and assistance.
OBSERVE
The problems / challenges I encountered in writing my Classroom Management Plan
___The challenges encountered on how to start the plan. With the reading s to Internet
about the topic and with interview I made to school head near our community . I started
to supply the needed content of the Plan.
REFLECT
I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by:

Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve these situation/ problems
To read more about the strategies and interview of the implementation of the teachers
and school head in traditional and new normal set up.
