Read the different elements and steps of a classroom/remote management plan. Make your
own plan which you can implement in your classroom/remote teaching-learning plan. You may
request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Teaching-Learning Management Plan of your
Resource Teacher or you may search the internet for more samples/exemplars to guide you in
creating your plan.
Be guided with the guide questions for each of the elements. Follow these reminders in writing
your plan:

• State your plan positively.


• Use simple specific terms.
• Use measurable and observable behaviors.
• Convey expected behavior

MY CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN

Philosophical Statement:
Provide safe respectful, and open environment to the students in the class.
Classroom Rules and Procedures
1.Treat others as you would like to be treated.
2.Respect other people and their property ( e.g , no hitting, no stealing)
3. Laugh with anyone , but laugh at no one.
4. Be responsible for your own learning.
5. Come to class and hand in assignments on time.
6. Do not disturb people who are working.
Teacher-Student Relationships
Teachers have schedule in the feedback if they understand the lesson from the given SLM and other
learning materials.

Schedules and Timeframes


Monitoring of the Remote Classess 8am – 11am, Afternoon will be engage to extra curricular activities such
as schedule to radio based instruction and watching recorded lesson.
Classroom Structure, Design and Arrangements
Traditional row and columns and space at the back for the group presentations. Today New normal the
used of group chat, call, sms , tablets and radio transistors to monitoring the two way learning strategies.
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
1. Follow directions step by step
2. Do just one thing at a time.
3. Keep your workspace clean and free of clutter.
4. Do not eat or drink during science experiments.
5. Clean up your work place when you have completed activity.

6. Wear goggles and gloves during experiments when instructed to do so by the teacher.
7. Do not bring weapons or toys look like weapon.
8. Walk in safe , quiet right side of hallways when going home and use pedestrian lane.

Strategies for Rewards and Consequences


1. Understand rewards.
2. Let the child have a say
3. Be specific.
4. Understand consequences.
Learners were inform that rewards will be given if they complied and consequences will be give if
violated the agreed classroom rules.

1. After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan form different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions:

• What salient components have you noted?


• Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management
plan?
• What were the significant things that you notice when you were implementing your plan?
• Were there items in your classroom/remote learning management plan which were not
tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these? 2. Record your
findings below

-The component have I noted the : Autonomy provide the student freedom of
choice.Competence crucial part . When the student does well we should praise. Relatedness
motivation to learners.
-Information need to utilize to know the needs of every learners.
- The significant things I noticed learners can easily performed the expected activities because proper
orientation about the Management plan.
-There were learners do not have home based facilitators to guide them in the duration of the MDL-
Printed and Radio Based Instruction. The teacher prepared home visits and recorded video lesson to be
watched by the concerned learners needs tutor and assistance.

What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly


followed/complied with?
The on time submission Retrieval and claimed of the SLM and other learning activity
sheet focused on the content.
What elements in you plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?
None because form the very start of the implementation the Risk Management Plan have
been prepared. The assistance will be done for those learners in needs.
What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom / remote
teaching-learning management plan?
The Classroom / Remote management Plan must be pandemic proof even with the
present the challenges teacher can easily give the quality education the pupils deserved.

OBSERVE
The problems / challenges I encountered in writing my Classroom Management Plan
___The challenges encountered on how to start the plan. With the reading s to Internet
about the topic and with interview I made to school head near our community . I started
to supply the needed content of the Plan.

REFLECT
I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by:

_Interview of the people who are experts in the implementation of classroom


management plan teachers and school head.

PLAN
Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve these situation/ problems
To read more about the strategies and interview of the implementation of the teachers
and school head in traditional and new normal set up.

ACT
The possible title of my action research on this episode is:
__The live experiences of the learners, homebased learning facilitators, teachers and
school head in New Normal set up basis for Intervention.

To further enrich my knowledge on establishing my classroom / remote management


plan in remote learning, these are some of the online resources which will help me in
