1.2 precautions and safety measures for installation, operation, maintenance


and repair
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by neglect of
these precautions or by failure, even if not expressly stated, to comply with
warnings and precautions for installation, operation, maintenance and repair.
Precautions and safety measures during installation:
1. Lift the machine with appropriate equipment in accordance with applicable safety regulations.Loose
parts or rotating parts must be securely fixed before lifting. It is forbidden to suspend or stay in the
dangerous area when lifting heavy objects. Acceleration and deceleration must be kept within safe
limits. Wear safety helmet when working in high altitude or lifting equipment area.
2. Place the machine in an environment where the air is as cool and clean as possible.Install suction
lines if necessary. Do not block the air inlet. Measures must be taken to minimize moisture from
imported air.
3. Before connecting the pipe, remove all screw plugs, caps and desiccant bags.
4. Air hose must be sized correctly and suitable for use under working pressure.Do not use worn,
damaged or old hoses. Branch and connection dimensions must be correct and suitable for use under
working pressure.
5. Do not install in the place where the inhalable air contains flammable gases, vapors and particles
that may cause internal fire or explosion.
6. Cannot apply external force to air outlet valve;The connecting pipe shall not be distorted.
7. If remote control is installed, the machine must be clearly marked indicating danger: this machine is
remote controlled and may be started without warning.
8. Before maintenance or repair, the operator must ensure that the machine is shut down and the
disconnecting switch is turned on and locked.To further ensure safety, the personnel who turn on the
remote control of the machine should take adequate precautions to ensure that no one is checking or
operating the machine. Therefore, the appropriate notification should be pasted on the boot device.
9. Air-cooled machines must be installed in such a way that sufficient cooling air can be obtained and
the exhaust gas cannot be recirculated into the compressor air inlet or cooling air inlet.
10. Electrical connections must conform to specifications.The machine must be grounded and fuses
installed in each section to prevent short circuits. Lockable power disconnectors must be installed
near the compressor.
11. On a machine equipped with the automatic start-stop system or activated with the automatic
restart function after power failure, a mark must be pasted near the instrument panel indicating that
"this machine may be started without warning".
12. In the compressor system, a manual valve must be installed to isolate each compressor.A check
valve shall not be used to isolate the pressure system. Do not remove or tamper with safety devices,

protective devices or insulators installed on the machine. One or more pressure relief devices must be
used as required to protect each pressure vessel or auxiliary equipment installed on the outside of the
machine where the air pressure exceeds the atmosphere.
13. Piping or other parts that are hot and may be accidentally touched by a person in normal
operation must be protected or isolated, and other hot piping must be clearly marked
14. Use hose fittings and connections of the correct type and size. When venting through hoses or air
lines, be sure to secure the open end. If left unchecked, the open end will suddenly move and may
cause damage. Make sure the hose is fully depressurized before disconnecting the hose.

1.3 precautions and safety measures during operation:


1. The operator must follow the safe operation rules and comply with all relevant work safety
requirements and regulations.
2. Installation, operation, maintenance and repair work shall be performed only by authorized and
accredited trained professionals.
3. If compressed air is not breathable, it must be sufficiently purified in accordance with applicable
laws and standards.
4. The personnel who turn on the power of the remote control machine should take adequate
precautions to ensure that no one is checking or operating the machine.
5. Do not run the machine when flammable or toxic gases, vapors or particles may be inhaled.
6. Do not operate the machine below or above the rated limit.
7. If the hot air discharged from the compressor is used in the air heating system (for example, to
warm the studio), take protective measures to prevent air pollution and possible respiratory air
pollution.
8. Please check that all protective devices are installed, and has set up a security within the fixed
machine hose and (or) pipes are all in good condition, safe and reliable and no wear no leakage, all
fasteners have been tightening, all electric wire are a safe and orderly, safety valve and pressure relief
devices were not dirt or other coating block, air outlet valve and air pipe network (i.e., piping, coupling,
manifold, valve, hose, etc.) have been a good maintenance, no wear and tear or abuse.
9. Keep all doors of the cabinet closed during operation. These doors can only be left open for a while
while performing operations such as routine checks. When opening the door, people in the
environment or in the house should wear protective glasses and ear protectors.

1.4 preventive measures and safety measures during maintenance or repair:


1. The operator must comply with the safe operation code and all relevant local work safety
requirements and regulations.
2. Installation, operation, maintenance and repair work shall be performed only by authorized and
accredited trained professionals.
3. Before any maintenance, repair, adjustment or other unconventional inspection, please stop
running the compressor, press the emergency stop button, cut off the power and reduce the pressure
of the compressor. In addition, the power disconnector must be turned on and locked.
4. Do not play with compressed air. Please do not allow air to touch your skin or direct the air against
the person. Do not use compressed air to dust clothes. Be careful and wear protective glasses when
using compressed air cleaning equipment.
5. All maintenance work should be performed only when the machine has cooled down, always wear
protective glasses, use correct tools for maintenance and repair work, and use only original spare
parts.
6. Labels such as "under repair; Do not start "warning sign.
7. The personnel who turn on the power of the remote control machine shall take adequate
precautions to ensure that no personnel are checking or operating the machine. Therefore, the

corresponding notification should be pasted on the remote starting device.
8. Close the compressor air outlet valve before connecting or disconnecting the pipeline
9. Effectively isolate the machine from all pressure sources and release the entire pressure system
before removing any pressurized components.
10. Do not use flammable solvent or carbon tetrahydride to clean parts. Please take safety measures
to guard against toxic fumes from the cleaning solution.
11. Check the cleanliness of the machine carefully during maintenance and repair. Cover parts and
exposures with a clean piece of cloth, paper, or tape to prevent dust.
12. Do not weld or perform any other heating operation near the lubricating oil system. Before
performing such operations, the tank must be thoroughly cleaned, for example by steam cleaning. Do
not weld or modify pressure vessels in any way.
13. Whenever there is evidence or suspicion that an internal part of the machine is overheating, the
machine should be stopped from operation, but the inspection cover must be opened after sufficient
cooling time to avoid the risk of spontaneous combustion of the oil vapour when air enters.
14. After maintenance or overhaul, please check whether the working pressure, temperature and time
Settings are correct before cleaning the machine for use. Check that all control and stop devices are
installed and working properly. Ensure that no tools, loose parts or rags are left in or on the machine.
15. When replacing the filter element of the separator, please check the carbon accumulation inside
the discharge pipe and the oil-gas separator; If there is too much carbon, it should be removed.
16. Protect electric motors, air filters, electronic components and regulating components from
moisture. For example, during steam cleaning.
17. Do not remove or tamper with any acoustic insulation materials. Ensure that all sound insulation
and shock absorbers (e.g. sound insulation on the housing and air inlet and outlet systems of the
compressor) are in good condition. In case of damage, please replace with the original material
provided by the manufacturer in case of rising sound pressure level.
18. Do not use corrosive solvents that can damage the air pipe network materials (e.g., acid ester
base).
19. Do not remove or tamper with safety devices, protective devices or insulators installed on the
machine. One or more pressure relief devices shall be used as required to protect each pressure vessel
or auxiliary equipment installed outside the machine where the air pressure exceeds the atmospheric
pressure.

1.5 when handling refrigerants, please pay special attention to the following
safety measures;
1) do not breathe refrigerant vapor. Please check whether the work area is well ventilated; Use
respirator if necessary.
2) always wear special gloves. If the refrigerant comes into contact with the skin, rinse the skin with
water. If liquid refrigerant comes into contact with the skin through clothing, do not remove or remove
the clothing in a hurry. Instead, rinse the clothing with plenty of fresh water until all refrigerant has
been washed away, and then seek medical attention.

Protect your hands from contact with hot machine parts, such as during oil
removal.
2. Install
To ensure the correct installation and reliable operation of the machine, be sure to read this chapter
before installation.

2.1 environmental requirements


Air compressor had better be installed in the room with good ventilation and lighting, avoid

installation in the place with high dust pollution, high humidity, corrosive gas, metal dust, direct
exposure to sunlight or rain. ; The ambient temperature range is 41℉~104℉. When installing outside
the house, keep away from the boiler and any equipment that may emit high heat and provide awning,
and pay attention to the influence of environmental ventilation quality.
The fan around and above the air compressor shall have a maintenance space of at least 35.5 inch (see
figure 3.1).
The altitude should not be higher than 1000 meters.
Relative humidity should be below 95%.

2.2 installation location requirements


Screw type air compressor can be placed any can bear the weight of the air compressor on the basis of
no need to make a special foundation, the ground level, relatively level. When mounted on steel frame,
moving ship or vehicle, the compressor shall be fixed with foundation bolt, but at the same time,
rubber pad shall be added to slow down the vibration of the unit.

2.3 ventilation and cooling requirements


Air compressors installed indoors or outdoors must be kept in a good ventilation condition to avoid
short hot air circulation or mutual influence of machine heat exhaust. Therefore, the position of
ventilation pipe, exhaust fan and compressor should be carefully considered (there are generally three
ways, as shown in figure 3.2).

Install the fan as high as possible.
(2) FIG. B: when the exhaust duct is used but no exhaust fan is installed, the exhaust air volume of the
compressor shall be calculated, which is in the exhaust duct
Pressure loss. When the pressure loss is less than 0.003PSI, there is no need to install the exhaust fan.
Please install the removable exhaust hose directly at the compressor exhaust air outlet. (ventilation
design in figure A and figure C is recommended).
(3) FIG. C: when the pressure loss inside the exhaust duct is higher than 0.003PSI, a exhaust fan shall be
installed. The distance between the exhaust duct and the exhaust duct of the compressor shall be
between 7.8 and 11.8inch.

2.5 warning
Compressed air and electricity are dangerous. Before any work on this air compressor:
1 to ensure that the power supply has been cut off, lock the switch and hang the sign;
2. All pressures have been discharged from the whole air compressor system;
When the machine is in operation, it shall not remove all kinds of caps, install or remove any joints or
devices. The high-temperature liquid and compressed air contained in the machine will cause serious
personal injury or even death.
Air compressor motor start control box has high voltage risk, all installation should be carried out in
accordance with accepted laws and regulations, before working on the electrical system, ensure that
the use of manual disconnect switch can cut off the system voltage, in the power supply line into the
air compressor must be equipped with no fuse switch. The person responsible for the installation of
the equipment must provide proper grounding for all electrical components, maintain space and
lightning protection.

It is not allowed to run the air compressor under the exhaust pressure specified by the nameplate of
the air compressor, otherwise the motor will be overloaded, which will cause the air compressor to
trip.
Use only safe solvents to clean air compressors and auxiliary equipment.
A manual globe valve (partition type) shall be installed in the exhaust pipe. If a relief valve is installed
between the globe valve and the air compressor, the relief valve must have sufficient capacity to
release the maximum continuous air flow of the air compressor.
Once the pressure is released through the relief valve, it is due to excessive pressure in the system and
the cause of the excessive pressure must be identified immediately.
If air compressor oil enters the air system of the factory, it will have an adverse effect. Properly
selected and installed oil and gas separator can minimize any liquid carrier in the air. The use of a
plastic shell without a metal cover for piping filtration may be dangerous and should be used on any
pressure system from a safety point of view. It is recommended that you recheck the factory's gas
system.
If a storage tank is installed, it shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the regulations on
pressure vessel inspection issued by the ministry of labor of the People's Republic of China.
Before starting the air compressor, read the maintenance instructions carefully and thoroughly.
After the maintenance work is completed, all kinds of cover plates and shells must be reinstalled.
The unit is not allowed to start running when the cover plate is opened.
Warning

Failure to follow these safety recommendations can result in mechanical failure, property damage,
serious personal injury and death. Any connected with the inlet/outlet joint of the intake pipe and
exhaust pipe vibration must be considered, pulse, temperature, maximum pressure and the factors
such as corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, in addition, also should pay attention to the air
compressor oil will always take some oil into the air, so must make sure the exhaust pipe, the
compatibility between the post-processing equipment and software system.

2.6 pipeline recommendations


2.6.1 pipeline
Unit air cooler exhaust temperature to dew-point below a lot of (in most environmental conditions so),
so there is a lot of condensed water precipitation, in the air compressor exhaust outlet near the need
to install condensed water valve drainage device, in the bottom frame of condensed water drainage
device should be connected with a section of discharge pipe.
Main points: this drainage device should be inclined downward for normal operation.
Note: in order to check the operation of the automatic drain valve, there should be a discharge pipe
(transparent hose) in the discharge line. If the air is further cooled by the rear pipes, condensate water
may be generated again, so the condensate drain valve and drain device should be installed at the
lower part of the pipeline system.
Important: the diameter of the exhaust pipe should be at least as large as the exhaust pipe diameter in
the air compressor housing. All pipes and joints must be suitable for the maximum operating
temperature of the unit and the rated pressure should be at least the same as that of the air
compressor oil and gas separator.
It is very important to check the joint size of the air compressor carefully, we must consider the
appropriate pipe length, pipe size, the number and type of joints and valves, so that the air
compressor to achieve the highest efficiency. When installing a new air compressor, it is important to
consider the whole air system to ensure the safety of the whole system.
The process of air compression is bound to produce condensed water in the air pipeline. Water vapor

in the environment condenses under pressure, cools in an air line behind it, and condenses back into
water. Almost all air applications require the removal of moisture from compressed air, which is often
costly.
Some of the common problems caused by water: corrosion and scaling of pipes, clogging of meters,
jammed control valves, and freezing of outdoor air lines. Compressed air dryer can reduce the
concentration of water vapor, prevent the formation of liquid water in the air pipeline. The
combination of dryer with filter, aftercooler and automatic discharge valve can improve the efficiency
of air system. In order to solve the problem of water content in compressed air system, two kinds of
dryers can be used, namely, freezing dryer and regenerative dryer. When the compressed air pressure
dew point requirements in 33.8℉ to 39.2℉, generally available freeze-drying, and when the pressure
dew point requirements must be below 33.8 ℉ , should use regenerative dryer. Please contact your
local distributor to help you choose the right dryer.
Note: rotary air compressors cannot be connected to a reciprocating air pressure system without
pulsation isolation devices (such as Shared air tanks). We recommend connecting two different types
of air compressors to a common storage tank using separate air lines.
When multiple air compressors are installed in parallel (optional), a shutoff valve and drain valve
should be provided for each air compressor before sharing the storage tank.
Notice:
(1) when multiple machines are connected in parallel, drainage devices must be installed, which
should be installed at the back end of air outlet of compressor.
(2) before each startup, be sure to open the drain valve of the oil and gas barrels of the unit and the
gas storage barrels of the system to completely remove the condensate
To ensure that the unit oil does not emulsify, compressor is not due to oil deterioration and stuck.
(3) pay attention to the regular inspection of the drainage function of the post-treatment device and
drainage device to ensure the normal operation of the system.

2.6.2 Suggestions on air piping


(1) according to the air outlet diameter of the compressor, choose the same or larger air pressure pipe
to connect the air outlet and air bucket of the air compressor, so as to reduce the pressure drop.
(2) for the convenience of future maintenance, the outlet of air compressor and air bucket are
connected with a flange, and a shutoff valve (close to the air bucket side) is installed, later
maintenance, can successfully isolate the air pressure system, no need to release system pressure,
waste precious energy.
(3) when piping is implemented, consideration should be given to the flexibility requirements of the
pipeline, and the resonance phenomenon of the pipeline should be avoided as far as possible. The air
pipeline should have at least 1/100 inclination, so that the water in the air pipeline can be discharged
smoothly.
(4) to avoid excessive condensation of water in the pipeline, affecting the function of the equipment.
The air drum (TA series) is usually followed by a dryer (DA series) with proper air handling to remove
moisture and reach the desired dry air.
Electrical installation precautions and control system

2.7 control of electrical installation preparation measures


Before installing electrical appliances, we recommend that you review the safety instructions in the
front of this manual and find the air compressor nameplate or motor nameplate located on the
housing. The nameplate lists operating pressure, maximum exhaust pressure and motor
characteristics and power. Make sure that the voltage of the circuit is consistent with the voltage
specified on the air compressor nameplate. Open the control door and make sure all electrical
connections are correct and firm. Make sure the supply voltage of the control transformer is correct.

Check whether the motor and control circuit are firmly connected. Re-close the control box.
Please refer to JB6213.5 -- 92 national standard for air compressor main power cord, ground wire and
fusible switch (NFB) of appropriate specification to ensure safe use of electrical appliances. The safe
current of the power line is set under the condition that the ambient temperature is 95 ℉ , the
operating temperature is below 131℉, the line length is less than 20 meters and is based on 600V PVC
wire. When the power line cannot meet the above set conditions, the power line specification should
be increased to avoid the voltage drop exceeds the limit to start the air compressor, or even produce
electrical hazard.
(1) air compressor had better use a set of power system alone, especially to avoid parallel use with
other different power consumption system, such as parallel use, may because of too much voltage
drop or three phase current imbalance formation of air compressor overload and make the protection
device action jump, high power air compressor this item especially need to pay attention to.
(2) air compressor distribution must confirm the correctness of its voltage. Air compressor grounding
wire should be erected, and not directly on the air transport pipe or cooling water pipe.
(3) the air compressor must pull a grounding wire to the ground to prevent the danger caused by
leakage of electricity.
(4) limited to the size of the control box, a single cable should not be too thick. If the cross-sectional
area of the power line is large, two or more power lines can be substituted. When using more than one
power cord, each power cord must be balanced in three phases, otherwise the cable will overheat and
the resultant voltage will be unbalanced. The input power supply voltage shall be kept within the
rated voltage ± 10%, and the three-phase voltage difference shall be within 3%. Air compressor must
have the correct grounding wire, otherwise the noise may be connected to any control system in
series, causing interference. If the grounding problem cannot be improved, the controller may have
the temperature, current, pressure value fluctuation.

(2) the ground wire and the power cord of a mobile electrical appliance, when placed together
in a hose or cable, may be the same diameter as the power cord.

2.7.1 drive motor


The correct rotation direction of the air compressor drive motor is counterclockwise from the drive
end. In the inspection of air compressor motor rotation, motor inching time should be as short as
possible. After pressing the start button, press the "emergency stop" button immediately. If the motor
is not rotating in the right direction, the main switch should be placed in a disconnected state, locked
and sign "do not close, someone is working". Open the control box. Switch any two joints (R, S, T) on
the starter, close and tighten the door of the control box, and check the motor rotation again.

2.7.2 fan motor

Observe whether the fan is discharging air to the outside of the unit. If the rotation direction is wrong,
place the main power switch in a disconnected state, lock and hang the sign "no closing, someone is
working". Switch any two contacts on the fan contactor (KM4), then close the lock control box door
and check the rotation.

2.7.3 control system


Motor start (buck or Y operation)
During this period, the inlet valve is fully closed, the relief valve is fully open, and the relief solenoid
valve is in the closed position. At this time, the inlet side becomes a high vacuum, and the lubricating
oil required by the compression chamber and the bearing is ensured by the difference between the
vacuum of the compression chamber and the atmospheric pressure in the oil and gas barrel.
Full pressure motor revolution (full pressure or delta operation)
Control total pressure after operation, discharge solenoid valve for electricity in open state, after
discharge solenoid valve closed, at this time increasing, the pressure inside the barrel of oil and gas
inlet valve open, so the pressure within the barrel of oil and gas increases rapidly, so that the inlet
valve fully open, compressor begins to move heavy car, when the pressure rose to a certain value, the
pressure to maintain valve fully open, the air output.

Heavy car/empty car


When the pressure continues to rise to the set value of unloading pressure, the action of the relief
solenoid valve begins to deflate, the air inlet valve closes, the air enters through the bypass pipeline,
and the pressure in the oil and gas barrel begins to release, and at this moment, the pressure
maintains the valve to close quickly to isolate the system pressure. The pressure in the oil and gas

3.7 operating instructions


3.7.1 before starting
Check that electrical connections are compliant and that all wires are secured to their respective
terminals. The installation must be grounded and insert fuses in each phase to prevent short circuits.
Check oil level: the oil quantity must exceed the red line. If the oil level is below the (lower) red line, do
the following: remove the screw plug and add oil until the oil level reaches the refueling port. Install
and tighten the screw plug.

3.7.2 initial start-up trial run


Turn on the power, start the compressor, and stop it immediately. Check the rotation direction of the
fan motor. The fan nameplate provides rotating arrows (visible through the top grid). If the rotation
direction is wrong, turn on the disconnecting switch in the supply voltage transmission line and
replace the two input wires. Check the Settings that have been set. See the configurable Settings
section. Start and run the compressor for a few minutes. Check whether the compressor is running
normally.

3.7.3 start operation


Switch on the power and the power indicator lights up. Open the air outlet valve and press the start
button on the control panel. When the compressor starts running, the automatic running indicator will
light up. Whether the parts are working normally, whether the pressure value of the pressure gauge is
within the range. In case of abnormal situation, press the emergency stop switch immediately.

3.7.4 check the process of the display screen

Check the display regularly for relevant readings and information. The screen shows the abbreviation

alarm light is on or flashing, troubleshooting is required.

3.7.5 downtime

Press the stop button and the running indicator will go out. The compressor will stop running. To stop

After troubleshooting, rotate and pull out the emergency stop button to release the lock, and press
the "reset" button before restarting.
Note: do not press the emergency stop button during normal shutdown, please

3.8 preventive maintenance plan

7.1 air filter warning

8.2 exhaust overtemperature protection
If the exhaust temperature is higher than the set temperature limit, the controller will
alarm and stop.

8.3 anti-reversal protection of air compressor


When the air compressor stops and the phase sequence error is detected, the field fault
displays "phase sequence error 1" and the air compressor is not allowed to start.At this
point, just exchange any two-phase power cord and watch the motor turn.

When the air compressor is shut down and the phase sequence power supply is detected
to be out of phase, the field fault displays "phase sequence error 2" and the air compressor
is not allowed to start.Check the three-phase incoming line of the controller.

8.5 secondary pressure overpressure protection when the secondary pressure is higher than the set
pressure high limit, the controller will alarm and stop, and the on-site failure will display

10. Linkage control and networking communication


10.1.1 joint control instructions:
MAM6090 controller can operate in linkage with MAM series air compressor controller with

communication function produced by our company. Up to 16 air compressors can be jointly

controlled. Linkage network can choose frequency conversion and frequency conversion

linkage, power frequency and power frequency, or frequency conversion and power frequency

linkage. The schematic diagram of control wiring is shown in the following figure. The 485

interface terminals for joint control are terminals 1 and 2.

Linkage network:

When the linkage parameters are preset and the linkage network is set to "frequency conversion

-- frequency conversion" or "power frequency -- power frequency", the host machine selects the

optimal line with short accumulative running time according to the accumulative running time of

each air compressor in the network, and the air compressor with long accumulative running time

has priority to stop.

When the linkage parameters are preset and the network is set as "frequency conversion -- power

frequency", the host machine will have priority in operation, and the other air compressors in the

network will be compared according to the accumulated operation time. The air compressors

with short accumulated operation time will have priority in stopping, while those with long

accumulated operation time will have priority in stopping.

The air compressor whose communication address is 0001 in the network is the host, and the rest

of the air compressor is the slave. Any MAM series air compressor controller can be set as the

host or slave.

Linkage control setting: set machine no. 1:

In the main interface, enter menu options, select user parameters, and set the mailing address to

0001;According to user requirements, set "communication mode", "number of linkage motors",

"rotation time", "linkage loading pressure", "linkage unloading pressure", "linkage delay time" and

"linkage network" according to user conditions.After the successful setting of relevant

parameters, the controller needs to be powered off and restarted to make the setting take effect.

Setting slave machine: when MAM6090 controller is used as slave machine, only "communication

mode" needs to be set as linkage, and "communication address" can be set as 2-16, serial number

according to the number of air compressor machines.

10.1.2 start and stop joint control:


After confirming the correct connection of the linkage control communication line and the

correct setting of the parameters of the linkage control air compressor, start host 1, which

automatically controls the operation of the hollow air compressor in the network according to the

detected air supply pressure. After manually stopping the no. 1 main engine, the linkage control

will stop. No. 1 host will no longer issue control commands to networked air compressor.

10.2 network communication MAM6090 controller supports MODBUS RTU protocol, which can

be used as slave to communicate with other devices, and supports MODBUS commands 03 and

06.Communication baud rate: 9600BPS, 1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, even check. MODBUS

register address table is shown in MODBUS communication manual.

11. Control the operation of frequency converter

485 communication control mode

The controller is reserved with a 1-channel 485 interface for communication with frequency

converter. Users can send RS485 commands to control the frequency converter to start and stop,

send the output frequency obtained by PID operation to the frequency converter through the

485 interface, adjust the frequency converter output, and realize constant pressure and constant

temperature control. 485 communication control inverter running, the controller communication

baud is fixed at 9600BPS, different frequency converter data format, can be set in the

manufacturer's parameters inverter attribute Settings. It is recommended that the host inverter

be set to 0001 and the fan inverter to 0002.

In order to be compatible with various frequency converters of different brands, the controller

can set the current address, voltage address, frequency address, power address, operating state

address, fault information address, frequency address and fault reset address of the converter.

According to different frequency converters, current, voltage, frequency, power and other

communication transmission, amplification multiple is different, to write a formula for each

parameter, used for frequency converters, current, voltage, frequency, power adjustment to a

decimal data display. Relevant parameters are introduced as follows, taking schneider 61 and 71

frequency converters as examples:
