b) Scope of Works:

Raising of Manhole as described in Description column above in Pahgwara ,

Goraya, Ramamandi & Jallandhar Bye pass on Panipat-Jallandhar – NH-1. as
per relevant Technical specifications under supervision of Pb W/S & Sewerage
Deprtment.

c) Terms & Conditions:

(i) Price: --- The above work order amount is inclusive of all
machinery, Labour & material etc. Service tax is not applicable. Any
material issue by SOMA will be recovered from your payment .

(ii) Payment terms:----

(a) No advance payment will be made.

(b) Full and final will be released after successful completion of the work,
submission of bills along with Pb W/S & Sewerage Department
certification and after releasing payment by the NHAI to SOMA.

(iii) Taxes & Duties: --

WCT @ 4%, Labour Cess @ 1%, TDS as per Income Tax rules will be
deducted as per statutory requirement.

(iv) Work Duration:--

(a) The work execution should be commenced within 7 days from this
work order.

(b) Entire work with all respects shall be completed within 60 days from
the date of this Work Order

(c) Inspection and acceptance:

(i) The work shall be carried as per relevant technical specifications
under supervision of Pb W/S & Sewerage Department & SOMA
representatives.
 (ii) The condition laid down in the estimate prepared by the Pb W/S &
Sewerage Department and approved by the NHAI will be binding on
you.

(iii) It will be your responsibility to get the material inspected from Pb

W/S & Sewerage Department, before use , obtaining test certification
from Pb W/S & Sewerage Department , commission and finally
handing over to Pb W/S & Sewerage Department .

(d)Closure if any will be obtained/ arranged by you.

(e) The dismantle material will be returned to store without value.
