This MOU is between JPM Innovative Solution Pvt Ltd and S.R.D.F. JPM will provide its training center and monitor training to support S.R.D.F.'s ESDM project. JPM will conduct internal assessments, monitor training sessions, and help with placements. JPM, represented by Mr. OP Mishra & Umesh Mahwer, Director at JPM to engage services as per
following terms and conditions

1. Period of Contract: This agreement made effective from –February 2022 for period of 3
year. However, the agreement remains valid till Project Completion.

3. Description of services/ Scope of assistance:


a) JPM will provide TP Owned centre to other organisation for ESDM Project training at their
training centre.
b) Jpm monitor complete training and also support during training for better result.
c) Jpm takes internal assessment of the trainees before before going for examination.
d) Jpm will check training time to time during training.
e) Placement also monitoring by Jpm.

f) Documents to be submitted by Candidates:


A. Educational certificate upto 12th class and Higher Education.
B. Resume
C. Application form.
D.  PAN Card
E. Addhar Card
F. Experience if any

g) Terms of Contract - Remuneration: For the above services, we will charge


following amount are as follows:
a) For training centre Rs 35000/- per centre.
b) For TOT Rs 14000/- per trainer.

Payments Terms:
70% share will be (Infra Partner)……S.R.D.F……and 30% share will be Jpm.
