CALCULATING MAXIMUN HEART RATE 

1. Cardiorespiratory endurance improve maximum heart rate


because it refers to how well your heart and lungs works
with your muscles and also the cardiorespiratory system
refers to how the blood vessels, lungs, and muscles
function together.

2. Five step or to increase you heart rate 


First: Do an exercise – if you if you do exercise maybe your
heart rate will increase
Second: Swimming - This form of cardiovascular exercise is
severely under-utilized when it comes to getting your
heart rate up. 
Third: Take the stairs: if you go up and down to the stairs
your heartbeat may increase.
Fourth:   Add Some Explosiveness – Have you ever
wondered by squat jumps are harder than bodyweight
squats or why clap push-ups are harder than normal push-
ups, it’s quite simple to increase your heart rate.
Fifth: Lifestyle Changes – Creating small but effective
habits in your lifestyle can elevate your heart rate with just
the smallest of tasks.

RESTING HEART RATE
1. What can affect your resting heart rate?
Answer: this are some example that can affect your resting heart rate, first
is your Body Temperature, if you become too hot or too cold your body
senses a thermal stress load. Blood is sent to your skin to enhance heat
dissipation to cool you or increases blood flow to warm you. Second is
Dehydration. As you become increasingly dehydrated during a long walk,
hike, or run, your blood becomes thicker and waste products build up in
bloodstream and the last is emotions and anxiety also can raise your heart
rate.

2. When should you worry about your resting heart rate?


Answer:  You should worry if you heart rate is consistently above 100
beats per minute or below 60 beats per minute and you’re not an athlete,
because it’s not normal beats for not athlete.

3. Give some ways to lower your resting heart rate. Explain


each ways.
Answer:  This are some ways to lower your resting heart rate first is Stay Out of
the Heat -its summertime and the heat is upon us. The warmer the temperature,
the faster your heart beats. Second is Exercise Frequently- Exercise is great for
your health for many reasons – and securing a normal resting heart rate is one of
them, Third is Lessen the Stress - The higher our stress level, the higher our heart
rates. And the last one is Be Mindful of Your Breathing: On the topic of
medication, another quick and easy way to lower your heart rate is to practice
mindful breathing exercises.
