RTPCR Report Format

A COVID-19 test was performed on a nasal swab sample collected from Ruchi Singhania on October 27, 2021. The test results were negative, indicating that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was not detected in the sample. The test used RT-PCR technology to detect specific viral nucleic acid targets. Limitations of the test include the possibility of errors from specimen mix-ups and that negative results do not rule out the possibility of infection.

SARS-CoV2: RT - PCR

NEGATIVE
A negative result indicates that the virus was not detected in the sample you provided. This test is used for clinical diagnostic purposes.

"Disclaimer:
This COVID-19 detection assay utilizes real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) for the
amplification of specific nucleic acid targets and uses flurogenic target-specific hybridization probes to detect and
differentiate
RNA associated with the 2019 Novel Coronavirus. According to CDC guideline, the result is positive when the Ct value of
N1,
N2 targets are less than 40. The result is inconclusive when either one of N1, N2 target is less than 40, the result is
negative
when Ct value of Human RP is less than 40, Ct values of N1 and N2 are greater than 40. The test's accuracy and
precision has
been established and verified by CLIA certified laboratories partnered with TTS.

LIMITATIONS:
All laboratories have test limitations. Test results and interpretation are based on the proper identification of the
submitted
specimen. In very rare instances, errors may result due to mix up or xo mingling of specimens. Positive result do not
imply that
there are no other contributions, genetic or otherwise, to the patients current health state, and negative results do not
rule out
Signed By: Geoffrey Trenkle, DO the infection entirely."
