chis product is presented by our group for the purpose of producing
nutritious pastillas made of amplaya.
½ther purposes:
- to know the important components of ampalaya that makes it nutritious
- to answer the question, ͞can the bitter taste of ampalaya be lessened when
mixedwith milk͟
- to know what is the level of acceptability of the product to the consumers
considering its taste and odor
R Oresh ampalaya
R A cup of ground ampalaya
R A cup of Jlaska Condensed Milk
R A cup of Jlaska Evaporated Milk
R 0 cups of Nido Oull Cream Powdered Milk
R Water Cellophane (cut into squares)

. Prepare A cup of grinded ampalaya
- buy regular sized ampalaya and washed it carefully with running water
- grind it at least up to A cup
2. Boil the A cup of ground ampalaya in Jlaska Evaporated Milk for 5 minutes and set aside
to cool
0. chen after it cools down, mix it with Nido Oull Cream Powdered Milk and Jlaska
Condensed Milk until well blended.
4. Oorm mixture into desired shape and wrap it with water cellophane.
