1. As an adolescent who can be both a leader and a follower, what type

of leadership are you attracted to and you think would work best for
you?

- Heroic Leadership that I’ve attracted and I think it would work best for
me. Because the Principles of this leadership it’s all about Self-Awareness,
Love, heroism and Ingenuity. Because I want to learn more about self-
awareness because I know that it’s important to one person especially in
leadership because self-awareness assists leaders in understanding what
they bring to their position. Understanding a leader's strengths in industry
skills and knowledge as well as personal characteristics enables them to
perform their responsibilities within an organization more effectively. And
love in leadership because we know that leading with love entails
understanding and caring about what inspires and empowers others. It is
about caring enough to understand what is important to them and
assisting them in succeeding. Leading with love is the key to success in
leadership. We must love the people that we lead in order to lead
effectively. That’s why I type this leadership.

2. List down the various role of different individual in our society (for
example, barangay captain, kasambahay, garbage collector, jeepney
driver, radio or TV, newscaster, blogger, teacher, cultural worker,
doctor) and describe how they can influence other people through
their leadership or followership.

- I chose the role of a teacher because they guide us to improve our

knowledge of something, they teach us good morals, and they teach us
how to interact with others. Being a teacher is never easy because they
sacrifice their free time to compute our grades and check worksheets, and
sometimes we become irresponsible with our work, but overall, I
appreciate every teacher I've known. They influence us through their
leadership by demonstrating their concern and love for us. They chose to
become teachers in order to teach us and guide us down the path we
deserve and desire. They are our second mother/father in school, and
they are also our best friends because we can share our problems with
them, and they will give us advice that will enlighten our minds to do the
right thing. We also enjoy their vibes, and we can share our laughter with
them, among other things. They are more than just teachers to me; they
are my inspiration, and I hope to be an inspiration to someone soon,
where I can share what I've learned from my teachers.
3. Compare your perception of yourself and how others see you both as
a leader and a follower

- Others perceive me as a responsible, skilled, and empathetic character.

Having to consider other people's perspectives, think twice before making
a rational decision, and choose what's best for me and everyone around
me. You see, my friends are a few years younger than me, and it should
be a given that I will take responsibility for them if they are injured
because I am the oldest. I should be the one to take command. I beg to
differ if I could compare their perception of myself to mine. I am not to
blame. In reality, I'm a slob. I do what is right, and that is all I can do for
them. They see me as a leader, someone they look up to, and I look in
the mirror and say, "I've done everything I can." I'm still human, after all.
I'm not perfect, but I'm doing my best to exceed expectations their
expectations.
