PROFESSIONAL FLIGHT CENTRE

We offer courses for all aspects of flight training from the Recreational Pilot Permit to Airline Transport Pilot
License. The most efficient route to becoming a professional pilot is to enroll in our Professional Pilot
Program.

This program starts with the Private Pilot License and is completed once you have a Commercial Pilot
License with a Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (200 hours). We estimate this course to take nine months to
one year to complete while taking the course on a full time basis (40hrs per week). The time frame and cost
estimate differs with each student, depending on self study and aptitude.

You can start whenever you arrive in Canada, as our private pilot ground school runs continually throughout
the year, and is supplemented with seminars on the weekends. The only prerequisites for the program are
the ability to pass a Class One Transport Canada medical exam and proficiency in the English language.
For the issuance of permits, licenses and ratings, Transport Canada written exams are available in both
English and French. The time frame and cost estimate differs with each student, depending on self study
and aptitude.

Professional Flight Centre also offers student accommodation for a cost of $600-750 CAD per month within
a ten minute walk to our airport facilities. Many of our international and out of town students chose to stay
here and it is a great place to meet fellow students and really become part of the „PRO‟ family.

If you require assistance with obtaining a student visa, we would be happy to write a letter for you to provide
to the nearest Canadian High Commission in your area stating your enrollment with Professional Flight
Centre once you have registered with us and provided us with a non-refundable payment of $250 CAD
(payable by credit card, bank draft or money order). There is a $300 International Admissions Fee due upon
registration once you arrive. Regarding the student visa, I will need the following information to write you a
letter of acceptance to provide to the nearest Canadian High Commission:
