History

Beatriz’ Restaurant established its first restaurant in 1991.


Beatriz, who’s the owner of this restaurant first dreamed of eating spaghetti and
hamburger in a popular American fast food. But because of poverty, she wasn’t
able to have that simple dream when she was young. So thereafter, she studied
and worked so hard despite of their financial status. She took a part time job for
her to finish her study in culinary. And after that, she then used her knowledge in
cooking.
With her passion and love for cooking, Beatriz’ first built a little food stall where
she sell street foods first. After many hard works, she then rent a small place for
her mini carinderia. After that, Beatriz saved enough money for her dream
restaurant.
Her first restaurant was started with a menu of, of course, her dreamed food
when she was young- spaghetti and hamburger. But soon her restaurant got
recognized. So she expanded it and made a lot of branches out of it. Then
eventually changed her menu for her customer to have a lot of options when
their craving for delicious foods.
And here it is!
A restaurant that has full of love and passion, not only for food and business. But
also a love to give their customer a food that will make the bond of each
relationship strong, and a food that will leave their beloved customer stress-free
in this hectic days.
