Development through Learning Action Cell;
2. To equip teachers with teaching strategies for the
new normal;
3. To re-orient teachers about the revised RPMS
tools, forms and MOV’s; E-SAT and Development
Plan; and the guidelines for the Alternative
Classroom Observation;
4. To showcase best practices in teaching during
Modular Distance Learning;
5. To Learn the basic techniques in developing
instructional videos; and
6. To Provide teachers with knowledge in Stress
Management strategies and Positive Discipline.

Education meets the demand for quality teachers and


leaders. Given the importance of Continuous Professional
Development, through DepEd Order No. 35, Series of 2016
teachers are given the opportunity to improve their
pedagogical skills and competencies within their
respective schools through LAC (Learning Action Cell) .
Besides being the most cost- effective CPD process it
allows teachers to engage in collaborative learning
sessions to solve shared problems encountered in the
school thus, it does not only improve the teaching-
learning process and the students achievements but also
promotes the spirit of unity and collaboration among the
teachers, school head and the community.
In line with this, a 2-day Learning Action Cell is
hereby proposed by the undersigned teachers. The topics
to be covered are the following: Equipping 21st Century
Teachers with Strategies for the New Normal; Stress
Management amid the Pandemic; Developing
Instructional Videos; and Modular Distance Learning Best
Practices;
