(QMS) is a formalized system which documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities
for achieving quality policies and objectives and thus consistently delivering
a quality product or service to the customer.

As the name implies, Quality Checklists refer to structured tools used in order to verify
the set of required steps which has already been performed. The Checklist can be simple
or complex depending on the requirements and practices of the project.
