 Aer Zai Lluz if i will given a chance to become invisible for 30 minutes i am going to go to the president and whisper
to him how i am thankful to be his fellowmen.As well as i am going to realize him all the corrupt officials that this
country have.I think half hour will be a great time for me to do such things

Jonard Atregenio 30 minutes is quite short for me to do something unusual. But still, I would want to spend this 30
minute time to gauge how much my loved ones love me. Pretending as if I'm gone (or maybe went somewhere for a
trip) and know who really care. Or even just discover who are fake and who are not; who save my name during my
absence and who are just pretentious

 for me most painful is hugged by my ex because it's not easy to move on. you can't forget easily the person you love.
so you feel the pain while you're moving on for your self. not like hugging a cactus it's painful physically but a little bit

I can save a drowning man even i cannot swim . First i look for a thing that surely can save him/her. Second i will
shout to catch the attention of others to save him/her.

 First thing that i would do is to shout that thres a man whos drowning to pay attention of other and i will look for the
lifeguard to ask help for him.

"How can you tell me that the Black chair you are sitting on is White?"

 This chair that i am sitting is black but when you look on the other side it will be bright that's the time it will became
white. We need to see others not only to their dark side we need to see them their goodside too.

I can say that the black chair is white when you sitting and wearing a white shirt liked what you see the light reflection
on the both side even it is dirty and dusty it will become white because of the sunlight../light rays.

Did you know that the black chair that you are sitting is actually a white one?Its just that there are times that we have
to hid our color just like our feelings for some reason.The white chair turns into black because it want to preserve its
true colorBecause black is visible on your eyes doesn't mean it really is. Sometimes, we things in contrary to our
sight. That black chair you see I'm sitting on is actually actually white.

“If you would be given a chance to become a president for a day, what will you do?”
If a given a chance to be a president in one day. I want all the poorest people in our country to treat them like they
never experienced before. Or much better have a equality for this country.

If I will be a president for a day what will I do? I will ask the present president (present administration) to resign and
make me as his replacement. Though, when the president dies, resigns, or is impeached, the first successor will be
the vice president. Afterwards, my platforms for the country will be in place. Alternatively, I'll propose a bill - "de-
development of the rich"

Maybe because the chicken did not know that she/he is walking across the street.

 Chicken cross the street to look for other places where she/he find a food or where she/he be comfortable

Why the chicken crossed the street? Because he could that's why he did Lol

he chicken has a very low iq and it got no isocortex like mammals have, it crosse the road and die because their brain
is not so useful making them not able to distinguish if there's danger or not

The chicken Cross the street because he saw something interesting on the other side of the road. Even the road has
so many vehicle that passes through and blocking her way he did he's best to continue to Cross because he don't
want to missed the opportunity on the other side of the road.

Well maybe the chicken wants to experience cross the street. For him,it's a bit difficult to cross the street bcoz there
are lots of vehicles. But the chicken was successful to cross the street despite of lots vehicles he face..Just like of
people, we face different kinds of problem/struggles but as long as you have a positive mindset to overcome the
situation, then you deserve to be success.

 If today is the end of the world i would still try to be calm.. Sincerely pray asking for His mercy..because His mercy is
all we need for.. I will hold and hug my love ones because we dont know who will be save and who will not this will be
our last moment to be in touch with them because in another life we will be renew

 If today will be the end of the world, I'll simply kneel down and pray in silence, so that I can guve thanks to God for
giving me the opportunity to lived my life to the fullest, and apologize also for my wrong act.

 If today's the end of world, literally, there's no time to do what you want to do , because we have all the time in the
world to repent, to do good things and anything we want to be. For me, the best thing to do is to look at the end of the
world a positive outlook that it is the also the end of sufferings and sacrifices. And indeed a salvation to all the people

 because the cmparison btween sun and stars is the emblem of peace. Sun symbolizes of light and hope while stars
represent us 'humans' who seek freedom.Unlike the moon who only gave temporarily a bit of light that cn shed us in
our darkness days. We cn rely the light of the moon but it takes only a short period of time .Same as our lives , we
clearly need accuracy for achieving something not the vanity .So thats why moon doesn't suit to place in our phil. flag
coz there is nthing special about him.

The lights represents hope. The light of big star near to our planet give us life. The moon shows when dark, and the
dark is perhaps mean despair. Our flag only symbolises hope and peace and the moon doesn't have what it takes.

Why should I do that?! I rather go to the police and I will say what happen and admit the crime I did..

Hiding a dead body it's a mortal sin...and there is no reason for me to hide an dead body because I know to myself I
cannot do that even though I am angry to that person...I call the police authority to report and investigate that
situation because I know no one can keep a secret and that's the only thing I can do to help a victim.

 I have never been in that kind of situation and never will. I’d rather not touch it because they might accuse me as the
suspect. So, for me I would just call the police and let them know who’s that dead person. He/she deserves to have a
peaceful burial.

“If you were shrunk down to a size of a pencil and trapped down in a blender, how would you be able to get out?”
n order to escape from the blender is that i am going to jump using the eraser tip side of the pencil we know its a
rubber type and we know that rubber will just bounces back. so all im gonna do is jump jump jump until i get a higher
jump to escape from that container.

its impossible. but if this thing really happen. the first thing i will do is Pray to have courage. believe in the Lord and
also to myself. i know i can face all the trials in my life. then make a move. i will use my hands and feet to climb up do
everything. but if i didnt make it. i know that someone will find me. all i have to do is to call for attention. or what if i
have a cellphone with me. i know that every problems has a solutions. The Lord will never give me a problem that i

If i cant reach the top of the blender then i'll just save my strength and wait while thinking of other idea's on how to get
out & with that said, i'm gonna make sure that someone will notice that im stuck inside so he/she could help me out of
that certain situation... making some noise while inside is one way to be noticed or to get someone's attention, coz im
still me just got shrunk to a smaller size

 As I know building is defined as a product of finished structure and ready for dwell with people

Building has a double meaning, it can be a noun which means ,a structure or establishment ,and also can be a verb a
present participle of the root word build, which means a certain process needs to be develop for further progress

 a building is called a building because after several decades the building should be renovated. It is an endless cycle
of building and rebuilding😅😅😅

Building called a building even if its already build because the people who will occupy will gonna build a company and
the company will gonna hired people to work for them as a team and a company will going to have a team
building.....at the end there is still a building

 I think if i will become outrageous in one day i will definitely cut the tongue of my neighbors who love to gossip other
peoples life

 If I would be a chance to outrageous in one day I would hit the mistress & my husband so then they realize both what

 I will call my friend that knows how to catch a crab, since i dont know how to do it. But before that will happen, i will
stare at the crab since i was shock wahahaha

Hehehe, Honestly I keep them when I get one back then when I was a kid. But right now I would just follow them to
get in their hole and cover it with a sand and maybe wait them to get up again

I'll just simply look the crab on how it walk.because it is common to see the crab on that place.coz if I try to touch it ..I
know what will happen into my hand.

If i saw a crab on a beach, maybe i'll just ignore the crab since that im afraid of any crawling animals or insects.. I'll

“When do you think is the best time for our children to learn about the birds and the bees?
With regards to our current situation, the current modern era of technology, children now are more vulnerable of
exposing their innocent minds to many informations, including the decadent ones, through social media and even the
mainstream media. So for me, the best time for them to learn about these ideas is when they're getting conscious
and curious about it. Of course, it's a step-by-step procedure of teaching. Starting from the basic ones up to the
complicated ones. Aside from learning these ideas from their school, let our home be their school too, and we as their

I met my partner because of my co'worker on my previous job way back 2013,at first I don't have the guts to take it
seriously but at the end of the day I fall hard and after how many years we decided to settle down and now we have
an adorable daughter

my friends common friend

 i met my ex wife. way back 2005 were both studying in high school and we were both like each other and felt in love.

 Of icourse...if we were in a date....I would like him to bring me in my favourite resto...or fast food chain .....I want it to

i would go to a simple and quiet place. for example a room with candle and flowers and sweet favorite songs playing
while dancing with him and saying all things i want to say how much i love him. i find it nice than anywhere else.

“What do you think about the current President of the Philippines?

 I myself was not and never perfect and I can't really judge him but what I think about him is that he is great as a
president. Yes, he does make mistakes but thats because he is also a human. We all have different perceptions and
choices in life and I think extra judicial killing is one of his choices to lessen the crime in our country . It may seem
wrong to us because killing is forbidden and its one of the 10 commandments of god but we can't stop him from doing
that because thats what he think is best. what we can do now is to appreciate the good things that he does and one
of that is for being cautious in his decisions and for trying to maintain the peace between philippines and china.

well for me,our current President Duterte was a Good Man. Even though his big mouth is very harsh the way he Talk
to others. Saying BadWords is how you express your Anger, Not your Attitude! So for me, He Did a Great Job to our

“Is cheating a mistake or a choice?”

 It is a choice,coz it's up to us how can we avoid to cheat on our partner.God gave us brain to make a decision,so
why should you be fooled if you know someone is going to hurt?

Cheating is a choice..God created us with free will..so our life is full of choices.,so if you cheat, it is because you
choose to cheat nobody can ruled your life except yoursel..so its a choice.

Cheating is a choice. We are all aware what is right and wrong. Definitely we know our limitations specially when we
are already committed to someone. It is natural to be attracted to opposite sex specially when you find them attractive
but it is your choice to just let it be until it disappears or make a move to fulfill your attraction towards the person even
if your committed.

“How's life being a single so far?”

Being a single so far is actually nothing for me. I don't even think of myself being in a relationship. I just wanna go on
with the flow of my life. Eating, sleeping, finding jobs, etcetera.

Well My life of being single so far is very fine, You know we can do whatever we want without asking a permission in
our gf/bf, and also it help me to save a lot of money for myself so in a future i have a money that i can be use to buy
my needs, However when time pass and We're in the right age to be committed in a relationship, We'll realize that It's
good to have a partner until the last minute of our life

A life of being Single is actually Good. You have your own freewill to make a decision and Do whatever you want , Go
wherever you want with your Friends. No worries about heartache,no more dramas about your partner/BF.😂 As in
you can Enjoy yourself of being single in your own way.

 I would say, being single is no fun especially when you've stayed single for a while. Yes you'll feel free because you
can do whatever you want, going after one person to another if you want to. However the happiness you would get
from that will only be for a moment. After that, you'll feel the loneliness and the feeling that no one cares about you
when you get to your apartment late, no one cooks for you after work, no one to talk to before bed and no one says I
love you besides your family and friends. Atleast for me, that's what I felt when I had decided to stay single for a long
while because at that time I was working abroad and my long time girl friend had broken up with me because of the
distance and the busy schedule we had at work. That's why when I came back to the Philippines I immediately
sought help from my friends to introduce me with their female acquaintances whom are single and open for
relationship. And that's how I met my current girlfriend right now, though I didn't met her through my friends but my

 I would remove the word depression. Because people who suffers with this end up killing themselves. Fighting in this
is the hardest one. I have been experiencing depression and if you are depressed you can't think properly. There are
lots of negative thoughts that comes to your mind and if you lost, the only way you can think is killing yourself

 It would be PESSIMISTIC. Because we should not be PESSIMISTIC at all time, we should be OPTIMISTIC and
always look for silver lining in every situations.

NEGATIVITY because this word turn all good things into bad making things worst I think we should avoid negativity in
ourselves for us to be happy and be success.

Pride- you can make a lot of sin, because of it. You can hate anyone because of it, and you can get anger to anyone
because of it, all negativities because it. Satan battles God because he has it, so i wanna get this word out of
existence.

Depression, now a days many teenager is dying from depression. Maybe, if they don't know what it means they
wouldn't have the urge of killing themselves

Negativity. So that no one feels and thinks about negativity. Negativity for me is one of the root of evilness so it
should be remove. Negativity brings jealousy, hatred, insecurity and lack of self confidence.

“How do you thaw a frozen egg?”

It is easy to defrost frozen eggs; just wash them really well, peel off the shell, and put the frozen egg in a zip-top bag
or a glass jar. Place the bag or jar in a container of hot water, and let it sit for about five minutes.
Put the frozen egg in the container or bowl with hot water and let it sit for about five minutes and then put it in the
refrigerator.
 Probably I'll get a small container and put some warm cold water then put the Frozen egg inside of it and wait for a
minute untill its melt.

in other words, your edge.

Like how the interviewer will be able to remember you out of all the applicants.

What makes me unique from the rest is that I will work hard and give my best on every task that will be given to me,
and I will be punctual at all times

Eventhough I have experience in a BPO, I still have lots of things to learn. If you hire me, it will be a great opportunity
for me since I am an opportunity seeker, it would be a great help for me to learn new skills. I have the willingness to
learn and can easily adapt to new environment. I am career-goal oriented and have the passion and desired to work.
I may not be the best applicant, but my experience and knowledge I gained from my previous company will be my
edge to other applicants and this will also help me to perform this job as per company's expectations.

 For me i cannot predict the edge of other applicant.. but what I can say is I'm a person have commitment in work a
harworking and multitasking person fast learner and give my best to make sure that. I will give a satisfaction my
customer in times of work

“Define Success.”
For me, success is when you achieved and attained all the goals that you have in life. But of course, before you reach
your success is when you encounter failures and the ups and downs. Therefore, if you pass all these failures, you will
surely achieve success 👏👏👏

It's like you're climbing a mountain. You go through all the hardships and face lots of obstacle. But because of your
determination and perseverance, all those obstacles and hardship you face doesn't become a hindrance to reach
your goal. For me, that is success. We cannot relate success to material things be cause we can all have that if we
do our best. We can't all have that without the hardship we face while we are on the track to reach our goals.
Success for me is overcoming all the hardship and obstacles that we face.

Success doesnt mean how far have you been in your career because I believe it failures that counts.No matter how
many times you fail but how many times you rise..It's a matter of tryin all over again,its a matter of improving your self
to be a good person,and the most important is that you start believing in your self that you can always do it,just
believe!

 Final Interview Question:

“What’s more toxic for you,

Signing a job offer for a challenging account or you, still looking for a job?”
It is more toxic finding a job than signing a challenging account. Because there is no guarantee that you will be hired
while you are applying. Aside from that, you spend a lot of time and money while you are applying. Unlike signing a
challenging account, you will start earning money. Even it is challenging, still, you are earning. Looking for a job is
challenging too but instead earning you're spending a lot.

its more toxic to find a job rather than a signing a challenging account.Because finding a job needs more time and
effort but w/o the assurance that at the end of the day you'll going to have what you want,but signing a challenging
account means that you already have the chance to prove yourself.Even how challenging the account is,but if you
work hard on it,everything will be easy on you as the days go by.

Obviously, looking for a job is more toxic/stressful than having a challenging account that they're offering you.
Because if you have no job, you can't feed your family, you're not able to buy the important things you need in your
daily life. In a challenging account, you can learn that once you have the trainings until you get along on that job

We only live once, If there's any challenge that given by the job we applied, then i will grab it. Than, i will find another
job because i cant bare with the toxic job i had, I want to Challenge myself inorder to continue my growth of my
human being. I cannot accept defeat thats why i keep striving, reading all the english i need to read. Because i have
an ambition, it may be simple but its hard yet challenging. Keep it up!

Final Interview Question:

"If you'll fail in this interview, what do you think is the reason?"

 If i failed the interview, then maybe it is not time yet. There's still some areas that I need to work on. I am not ready
yet or maybe i am not qualified for the position. Or there is no available position where I am qualified that is why I
failed. Better luck next time. Just try and try and try harder next time.

 If I'm going to fail again,I would say that still I need to improve myself.Theres always a room for improvement,and no
matter how many times I failed it cant be a hindrance to try and try to find my luck.

 I got failed f0r this interview maybe it's because y0ur c0mpany d0n't need a goal oriented employee and patience
employee, if that so, then do n0t hire me

 Better luck next time, and stay positive. If i fail i will tell myself that i gave my best and i will still be proud for what ive
done, for doing my part. But afterwards im not doing the same thing by studying. I will study harder and wiser and,
adding more ideas to myself. Absorbing the english topics i didnt know so that it can be a part of my knowledge and
to use it at Right time. I will keep believing myself cos no one does except me.

"What is your motto in life?"

 My motto in life is "if others can do why cant i? Everytime that i am planning something in life i have this strong belief
that i can do it coz other people made it so theres a possibility for me that i can do it also

escape, I will not catch him, there's still the gun which can probably identify the suspect if there is his finger print.

I remember that time we were at the beach in Nasugbu, Batangas.This training called 'Creation' is about bringing out
your true potential and who you really are. There was one activity that took us almost 9hours to return to submerge to
the sea.The balloon can be filled with a seawater insides while resting on two pieces of wood. It is placed between
your back and the chest of your companions.You do not allowed to used your hand.You have six in a row while
walking upstream.When the balloons falls you go bact to the beginning.
We almost had a back wound because the wood was short enough to hold the balloon between us.
We would have to return the balloon ashore and drop it on the bridge without touching it and not hold anything close
to us.We all stood out to finish the activity and we did our job well. And finally after almost 9hours we were able to do
it.We were so happy and excited that even when we were hungry, cold and sleepy we were still able to finish😊.After
that then we got to know ourselves better and each other.It is true that the limit is only in our brains. And we can go
over everything we want.Now i can say that i'm a better version of myself😉

 If i only have 24hrs to live and still got 10k in my wallet, i will spend it by going on vacation with my love one's. I know
that i don't get a chance to have time with them. So I will use the 10k to go in a beach we used to visit when I was a
kid. We will spend my last 24hrs there enjoying the waves and the heat of the sun then we will talk about our happy

Last January, taal volcano erupted and it spat ashes in the air. it gave me hard time to breath aside from it is bad that
ashes fall on your skin.
I remained calm and searched for a nearest drug store and bought face masks for me and for my family. we used
umbrella everytime we go outside so that we have protection from ashes.

There was a Time that I went on a ride to a very small boat (fisherman's boat) just to see my kids.i was so afraid coz'i

started already to fill in..but thanks God we finally arrived at the shore safely

Worst scenario for me is when my mother was operated because of cancer. I was a college student that time and
Iwas really praying hard for God to let my mother live with us for many more years. That time, the emotions I felt was
like a roller coaster and I couldn't help but think of negative scenarios. But thank God she recovered and now she's
living well, though I can't say that she's cancer free now. I still thank God because I can see that she is stronger now.

The worst scenario that happened to me is so much rejection for applying in a government position. my realization for
this is not rushing things and time will come.just enjoy every step i take and take it easy. There is process and it

 The most scenario happened in my life was theres a typhoon that the LPA was target somewhere near in our
province, while we are inside of our house i hear the sound of wind that touch the trees and also the impact of wind in

My weakness is being moody all the time, what i mean is, i can be happy sometimes and i can be sad also. I can be

Asking and learning about the job role’s backstory is not something most job seekers ask during an interview. Finding
out why the job you are applying for is available will give you so many insights that you can use to learn more about
the company. Without sounding so nosy, try to ask about the number of people who have handled the job
position and how long they were able to fulfill their responsibilities.
Listen carefully to what they say and take note of it. If there have been many people who have handled the role
and they only stayed in the company for a year or less, take caution. Chances are, the company may not be a great
place to work. Alternatively, if the reason the job is vacant is that the person who handled it has been promoted, then
take it as a good sign! It means the company values its employees and rewards them for their hard work. Therefore,
asking these bold questions is worthwhile.
2. How many hours do you expect your employees to work?

Not a lot of people are bold enough to raise this question. But if you do, you’ll be able to know if your “soon-to-
be” working schedule is right for you. Try asking this but remember not to sound like you are not up for changes in
schedules or overtime.
Although changes and adjustments are normal, make sure this won’t affect your life negatively. You may be a
parent who has children as one of your top priorities and erratic schedules may make it difficult to deal with familial
matters.
3. What attributes would the perfect candidate for this job have?

If you ask this, some interviewers will be more open than others. They might share attributes and qualities such as
‘committed’, ‘loyal’, ‘determined’ and flexible.’ If they do, you can modify and tailor your answers to meet their
conditions. This helps you get a clear vision of what the employer is looking for.

4. Can you tell me about the company’s goals and plans in the future?

Information on the employers of the company can be found on many internet websites. So, you should do your
research beforehand. During the interview, mention the company’s future plans and goals to demonstrate your
flaming desire to fill the position. Remember that the answer to the question will give you a good idea of where the
employer is directed. However, don’t forget to clue them in on your knowledge of the company.
5. Based on my resume and interview, is there anything that may make you think I’m not fit for the job?

After the series of questions thrown at you by your hiring managers, you may ask this especially if they give you time
to inquire on some matters. This could be one of those matters that you can raise. It’s a perfect follow-up strategy to
know whether you can proceed to the next step of the hiring process.

This would allow you to resolve any issues and misunderstandings between you and the employer/s during
the duration of the interview. Most of all, you will be given an honest opinion about the areas that you need to
improve on. Doing this would give your hiring managers the impression that you are a person who is open to
feedback and constructive criticism.
6. How often does your company give raises to hardworking employees?

Money matters are often difficult to discuss during interviews. Some employees wait until they are already given an
employment contract before they clarify these matters. Although risky, but for sure your employers know you’re
bold. These days, employers seek employees who go way out of their way to achieve better results.
If you ask this question, you are opening the line for consideration. Your hiring managers might offer you something
more than your expectations, like giving you a raise after a year of successful projects.

7. What more can I do to convince you that I am the one for the job?

This question is both direct and bold. Asking this will show your employers how truly passionate and serious you are
about getting the job. This is specifically a good rebuttal and would reignite an employer’s dying interest.
Whether you are the appropriate person for the job or not, surely your employers will appreciate your boldness. It will
also give them a chance to elaborate more on what they are looking for in an employee. Thus, you will have a
better idea of what you need to tell them to convince them to hire you.
Conclusion

Undeniably, these bold questions are the exact questions most people won’t ever be able to ask during a job
interview. Doing so requires a lot of guts and confidence in your abilities, skills and most of all, in yourself. However,
remember that a display of confidence can help you go a long way. Relax and make sure you throw these questions
out at the right time!

What to do about it:

List down all the potential follow-up questions that an interviewer might ask after your initial answer. Then prepare for
a rebuttal for each. Here’s an example:

expectations.
Potential follow-up question: Yes, but I’ve been hearing “hardworking” from the last 10 applicants today. What is it
about you that sets you apart from them?
Now in this question, your interviewer isn’t actually asking about what makes you unique or better than other
applicants. It’s not like the company only has one position to fill in.

Call center companies need hundreds of headcounts. So they don’t need someone who’s unique. They need
applicants who can reason themselves out of a tight situation. So they ask these questions to test the applicants’
problem-solving skills.
Here’s how to answer: What is your edge among other applicants

1.) Create a list of the job’s required skills.

get-the-job-done-customers, to irate, even the hysterical ones. These experiences taught me how to deal with any
types of customers efficiently without all the drama.
I am very thorough with my job: As a CSR, I hate it when customers repeatedly call Customer Service because the
previous agent didn’t give all the info they need.
As a customer, I hate it when the agent gives answers that requires me, the customer, to do the probing and ask the
right questions so I can get to the resolution, when instead, the CSR should be the one doing it for me.

Therefore, I know how frustrating it is to experience a crappy customer service so when I deal with customers, I make
sure that I give the best service I could possibly give.

3.) Blend the job’s requirements and your strengths.

Now that both ingredients are prepared, this is the part where you do the mixing and blending; the part where you
connect the company’s requirements to the strength that you are most proud of.
How to arrange your answers

Now, before the sample answer, let me tell you that I created this answer based on the PREP format:

 Point.
PREP is especially useful for non-native English speakers who find it hard to express and organized their thoughts in
English before speaking.

For example, if I use my list of skills and experience from my list: My experience with handling customers and I am
thorough with my job, here’s how I’d craft my answer:
Point

The reason you should hire me is because I am very thorough with my job and an expert in the customer
service field. Customer Service is what I’ve been doing since I was 18, I’ve encountered different types of
customers, and I know very well the common frustrations that customers deal with when calling Customer
Service.
As a CSR,  I feel unproductive when customers repeatedly call Customer Service because the previous agent
didn’t give the complete info. It’s bad news for the company and the customer. As an agent, I make sure to
avoid this problem.
Reason (explains why being an expert in customer service is important)

Because as a customer who have called many customer service hotline before, I can say that only very few
of them offer excellent service. And I don’t want to be one of those agents who just go to work, eat lunch,
and look forward to the end of shift. I do what I’m paid to do.
Elaborate/ Explain (Explain why you think excellent customer service is rare by telling a story based on experience or
a realistic scenario that the recruiter could relate to.)

For example, one of the most common issue I notice that most agent have is this: when they tell customer
no, they wait for the customer to ask for the alternative resolution instead of revealing it as soon as possible.
They usually go on and on describing how and why the customer is doing it wrong, why the solution she’s
asking isn’t possible, but doesn’t provide another option until the customer asks, “Okay, now what?”As a
result, they’re leading the customer to focus on the problem now, and on the resolution later, or not at all.
This is bad if the company is aiming for a higher customer satisfaction and a short AHT (average handling
time).
Point (reiterate the first point but in different words)

So the reason you should hire me is because you will never encounter those problems with me as your CSR.
I’ve dealt with customers and clients in North America and Australian clients  (insert the continent of your past
customers) before and I know they expect nothing but first class customer service from something they pay
for. And the way I make sure of that is to never let a customer hang up the phone dissatisfied or more
confused than they were when they dialed the call.”
Why this is effective

1.) Differentiation, check.

It just didn’t highlight you as an expert of the field (the strength) but it also highlights you as a rare find by telling a
story of your repeated encounter with poor customer service as a customer yourself and as an agent.
You’re basically telling the recruiter this:

Hey just so you know, I know how  common it is to have a crappy CSR working for you. My proof? As a CSR in four
years, I’ve talked to plenty of frustrated customers who repeatedly call when they could have gotten all info from the
first contact.
What’s worse? From a customer perspective, I think the customer service industry is hopelessly useless.

The best part? I can help you with that. And no, you can’t just choose any applicants out there if you want a high
customer satisfaction, lower handling time, and a CSR who knows her thing. Not only I have experience, but I take
my job very seriously.
Of course you’re not really gonna say that to the interviewer, but that’s pretty much the meaning of your answer in a
nutshell.

2.) It has proof.

If you want to convince the interviewer, you don’t just blurt out ten positive traits about you without supporting any of
those traits.

Notice that in this answer, there’s only two skills mentioned: experience and expertise. The rest of the answer is
spent telling a story that serves as proof of your experience and expertise by a.) telling a story of your experience as
a customer and b.) telling a story of your experience as an agent which by the way, all call center companies can
relate to: customers repeatedly calling because of incomplete info.
What if you don’t have a job experience?

Here’s a sample answer if you’re a fresh graduate and don’t have a prior work experience.

Point

Before I decided to apply in (insert company name), I made sure that your requirements align with my skill sets. As I
understand, you’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to answer customer’s inquiries  and help them with their
concerns.

That’s the obvious part. The less obvious part is this: you’re not only looking for someone to help your customers.
You’re also looking for motivated employees who can help promote the name of the company to your customers; not
some employees whose only motivation for coming to work is lunchtime, paycheck, and log out.
Reason

The reason you should hire me is because I understand what customer service exactly means at its core and  I have
the drive to take the challenge that comes with it.
Elaborate/ Explain

I have no job experience, as you can see in my resume, but my years in school have instilled in me a sense of
responsibility necessary for adult and professional life.

By going the extra mile for the customers, by wearing a smile to add more warmth to the interactions, by putting
myself in the customer’s shoes, by making the customers feel that I care about their frustrations, I am, in a way,
promoting the company’s image.
Point

So the reason you should hire me is because I am driven to not only get the job done, but to also understand
customers and connect to them in a deeper level and promoting the company’s name in the process.
Why this is effective

1. It shows that you deeply understand the responsibilities of working in customer service by saying that
helping customers isn’t only what customer service is all about; it’s also about connecting to them and
making them feel heard, which in turn affects the company’s brand positively.
2. Although there’s no job experience to talk about, the answer highly focuses on what you, the applicant,
could positively do for the company once hired.
What if I’m competing with applicants who have work experience?

If you’re competing with other applicants who have prior job experience, the employer will likely choose the applicant
with the experience. And that is fine. That means your best option is to apply for a lower position that will soon qualify
you for the position you are originally applying for.

That said, giving your best answer to this interview question doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get chosen over other
candidates as your answer is only one part of a bigger criteria.

When does your answer make a big impact over your application

Your answer will make a big impact if:

1. you’re competing with applicants who have roughly similar professional accomplishment as you do
(example: fresh graduate, no job experience).
2. if the company is mass hiring and will need a lot of employees to fill the position.
One more thing: How you say it is more important than what you say.

Note that your confidence in delivering the answer contributes a lot. You can name drop a lot of names and job
experience but the fact remains that delivering your answer as if you’re on top of your game is very important; and
without it, your answer will amount very little to nothing.


2.) Create a list of your strengths that match the job description.

Here’s what happens during a mock call

Before the test, you’ll be given a scenario on a piece of paper for you to read, understand, and absorb within 10-15
minutes (20-30 minutes if they’re feeling generous).

Once the time’s up, your interviewer will call you, (via the phone/ headset provided) then the test begins.

Don’t worry they won’t take take the paper away. It’s your guide in answering the customer’s questions.

Step 1: What’s the purpose of the call?
To book a room.
Step 2: Was the request specific? If not, make it specific.

In this example, the question was not specific because he didn’t exactly specify the exact room he wanted to book.
He just knew he needed to book a room. As to what room that is, both he and the agent didn’t know so far.
(This would have been specific if the customer said, “I’d like to book the Premier room, please.”)

Therefore, the agent’s job was to find out which room would fit his needs. She can only do that, if she ask questions.

Step 3: Ask the right questions

Not just any questions. It needs to be the right question. Asking the right questions points you to the right resolution
and saves you time.
The surest way to fail a mock call is to ask irrelevant question. You should not handle a 5 minute call in 15 minutes.

Back to the call: To find out which room was right for him, should the agent simply ask him which? Heck, no! She’ll
confuse him.
Stephen doesn’t know what room types the hotel has. Even if she explains all of them, she’ll confuse him with too
much information. He can’t take everything in. Therefore, she needs to narrow down the options for him. She can
only do this by asking the right questions.

And the right questions are the underlined ones below:

Agent: Hi Stephen. I’ll be happy to help you out on that.  How many friends are coming with you?
Customer: Four, including me.
Agent:  Do you prefer to stay in one room or separate rooms?
Why are these the right questions?

By asking these, it lets her know whether she’ll include the Standard Room or not. It lets her narrow down the
options.

Customer: Just one. What do you got?

Customer said no, so now, Standard Room was out. 3 out of 4 options left.

Agent: There are 3 types of rooms that can accommodate  you. All of them includes LCD TV with cable channels,
mini bar, refrigerator, WIFI, kitchen, and pool.
The only difference is that only the Deluxe has the private swimming pool for $350.00. Premier for $250.00 and
Family Room for $300.00 are both public pools.

Which one would you be interested in?

Asking whether he prefers the private or public pool narrowed down the choices from 3 to 1 (if his option was the
private pool) or 3 to 2 (if he was okay with the public one).

Customer: Oh boy, these are too expensive! We don’t really need the kitchen and the pool. We just need the Wifi.
Do you have any rooms that are cheaper than that?
Stephen changed his mind, which means the agent should also change the options. The only option that applied  to
his criteria was the Standard. It’s the cheapest, with WIFI.

Agent: We have one other room which is the Standard for $100.00. However, it only fits 2 people. If price is your top
consideration, here’s your other option: book  2 Standard rooms to accommodate the 4  of you. You’ll only pay
$200.00, instead of $250.00 for Premier. But that is if you don’t mind staying in separate rooms.
Customer:  Not really. I guess I’ll take that then.
Lo and behold,the request became specific. Stephen booked 2 Standard Rooms. Then she proceeded to the
resolution of booking him the room.

Agent:  Alright Stephen. When would you like to book the room? And how many days?
Customer: 3 days. From May 18th to May 20th.
Agent: Alright. I just booked 2 Standard rooms for you from May 18 to May 20th for a total of $600 (3 days). Expect
to receive a confirmation email few minutes after this call.
Here, the agent confirmed the reservation with the date, number of days, and total price. Confirming the reservation
was very important to make sure they’re on the same page.

The “confirmation email” she mentioned was only an addition. This wasn’t necessary as this wasn’t included in the
scenario provided above.

Customer: Thanks. I got another question. The thing is, we want to buy souvenirs for our friends and family back
home, but we don’t want to spend an hour going to this mall. Is there any place that sells souvenirs close to your
hotel?
Agent: Absolutely! There’s the  CCV Mall and Souvenirs which is only a 5 minute drive from our hotel. You don’t have
to worry about the traffic either.
This info was included in the Knowledge Base above— that CCV Mall and Souvenirs was close to the hotel.

Customer: Sounds good! Alright, see you then.

Agent: You’re welcome! Is there anything that I may help you with today?
After the request was addressed and the question answered, she offered him an additional help to make sure he
didn’t have any questions before ending the call.

Customer: Nope, you’ve been a great help.

And then, time to close the call.

Agent: Perfect! Thank you for calling CCV Hotel. This is Sheina. You have a great day! Bye.
Mock Call Tips Conclusion

You know you’re fucked up when the conversation turns out like this.

The one rule you need to remember to when answering, “Why do you want to work for our company?”

Be Specific

Saying good things about the company isn’t enough. You have to sound convincing. You have to sound credible. The
only way to sound convincing and credible is to be specific.
Doing the opposite kills your chance of passing the interview. You know you’re fucked up when the conversation
turns out like this.

The one rule you need to remember to when answering, “Why do you want to work for our company?”

In the sample conversation above, the applicant assumed that as long as he said good things about the company,
he’d be fine. Unfortunately, the interviewer knew exactly what was going on.

How to be specific

1. Google the company you’re applying in.

Let’s say you’re applying for a position in Convergys.  A quick Google search will let you know they were the Best
Company of the Year at 10th International ICT Awards on 2016. Now, you have a concrete reason to back up your
claim why you think the company is great.

Three years ago, I applied in Teleperformance. When the interviewer asked me the question, I told her that their
company received two awards in 2010, plus the Outsourcing Community Project of the Year award in 2012.

She blinked, nodded, and smiled.

Right then and there, I already knew the result of my interview, before she even told me.

For all I know, she probably didn’t even know about the awards (Teleperformace operates worldwide). But hearing
that an outsider was singing the company’s praises the right way, she felt proud.
2. Get info from the company’s current employees

If you know some friends who work in the company you’re applying in, ask them good things about the company.
What do they like about working there? What sets the company apart from others?

Focus on the positive things, write it down, and pick the best ones to mention in the interview.

And then, back it up. Tell your interviewer that before you applied, you talked to their employees, that you did your
research about them, that you didn’t just randomly sent your resume. That you chose them.

Example:

If you’re applying in ePerformax Cebu, I’m going to give you an example of the things I loved about the company.

 As early as 3 months, you already have a chance to apply for a higher position, provided that you’re an
excellent performer.
  They have a specific department taking care of the agents’ needs, which includes:
Hassle-free boarding house/ apartment search. Give them your preferred location and budget, and they’ll
send someone to look and take photos of apartments for you.
Bring your dirty laundry at work, and somebody will bring it to a laundry station for you.
If you have personal problems, they won’t tell you, “don’t bring your problems here.” They have a
department trained by psychologists to talk to you and offer you advice.
From these real info, let’s create a sample answer.

Before I decided to apply here, I did some research about ePerformax. I had a neighbor who work here as a call
center agent, and she told me how she loves your company so much. Here’s why: you care about your employees.

First, you have a program allowing your new hires to be eligible for promotion  for early as 3 months. Second, you
have a Concierge department who helps agents with their typical struggles—like finding a boarding house, lending
them umbrellas and towels during a heavy rain, even bringing their dirty laundry to the shop for them. Third, you talk
to them when employees have personal problems and even offer an advice.

Most of all, you focus more on the quality of your work, and less on your size. That is my definition of a good
company. I would love to be a part of ePerformax. I am not just here talking to you because I need a job. I’m here
because I want to be in ePerformax.
If interviewer asks: What were the bad things you heard about us?

It’s impossible to hear the good things without hearing the bad.

If the interviewer asks whether you heard bad things about them, tell them the truth. No company can please every
single employee. What matters is what the majority is saying about them.

What not to say:

 “I badly need a job.”

 “Because you’re hiring. “
 “Because you offer the best salary.”
These are like saying, “I don’t care who I work for as long as somebody gives me my salary.” Well, realistically, this is
the case for most of us. But hey, if ain’t helping, don’t say it.

Here’s how to answer: Where Do You See Yourself Five Years From Now?

Make a strong point of telling the interviewer that staying and climbing the company ladder is your main goal. That’s
another way of saying, “I’m gonna stay here ’til I’m old and will bring you profits forever.” That’s what they wanna
hear, so don’t spoil it.

How to sound convincing

They’ve been burned many times. Some applicants only stay until their first salary and quit without notice. Therefore,
delivering your answer as convincingly as possible gives you a better chance of landing the job.

1. Be specific

Don’t just say you want to climb the corporate ladder. It’s very generic which doesn’t sound convincing. Be specific.
As detailed as you can get, the better.
Example:

If I’m lucky to be a part of [company name], five years from now, I’d like to see myself promoted to a higher position,
probably become a team leader to ensure the quality of work from my team. I find that I get along with any types of
personalities so I’m definitely looking forward for a position where I constantly interact with people. But I also do great
with tasks that require me to sit alone in a cubicle. So basically, I could accept  just about any position. The only thing
for sure is I want to advance my career here at [company name], and not just in any other company. Your company is
definitely my first choice.
Let’s break it down:

First, the type of position is specific- team leader:

If I’m lucky to be a part of [company name], five years from now, I’d like to see myself promoted to a higher position,
probably become a team leader to ensure the quality of work from my team.
This sentence emphasizes the skills necessary for the position, which strongly supports your claim about wanting to
become a team leader

I find that I get along with any types of personalities so I’m definitely looking forward for a position where I constantly
interact with people.
But what if you’re promoted to position very opposite from being a team leader instead? A position that requires you
to stay in the cubicle typing in the MS Office for the whole 8 hours? Well, this third sentence is your safety net.

But I also do great with tasks that require me to be alone in a cubicle. So basically, I could accept just about any
position.
Lastly, this final sentence seals the deal:

The only thing for sure is I want to advance my career here at [company name], and not just in any other company.
Your company is definitely my first choice.
2.) Make the interviewer feel good about herself for working there.

The last sentence of the sample answer above is very important. (“Your company is definitely my first choice.”).  Not
only does it give the impression that you admire the company but it also strokes the interviewer’s ego. This is so
basic.
Think about it. How do you feel when a foreigner praises the town where you live for being the best tourist destination
in the Philippines? Or when our own Pia Wurtzback won the Miss Universe crown? Proud, right? We can’t avoid it.
It’s called being human. And knowing this fact before your interview will work like a charm. So put it to good use.

3.) How you say it is more important than what you say.

At the end of the day, the fact remains that “what you say” won’t matter much if you fail in the “how you say it”
department. I’m talking about delivering your answer with confidence. To be confident doesn’t mean getting rid of
anxiety 100%. Confidence has a lot to do with solid preparation before the interview. I’ve written a whole post with

In short, remember this:

Companies hire employees who bring them the biggest profits. Make them believe that you can give them that. Tell
the interviewer that their company is your first choice. If hired, say you won’t remain at the bottom but will climb your
way up the corporate ladder.

Finally, make it credible and convincing by highlighting your strong work ethics and skills. If possible, provide
scenarios, stories, and proofs of those skills. The interviewer might ask you follow up questions so it pays to prepare
for battle.
