TOT Course Outline

This program provides the foundations for new trainers in training design, development and
delivery. Participants will acquire skills of preparing training objectives based on training needs
assessment (TNA). In addition, participants will learn how to deliver and present training contents.
Also, they will know how to evaluate and assess trainees and training activities.

Muhammad Fayyad- MBA, PMP & DBA Candidate
Learning and Performance Consultant – Certified Professional Coach.
Experience:
Fayyad started his freelancing journey on January 2013, currently he is a Corporate Consultant in
Talent Development at Wadi Group and Project Development Partner in Learning and Performance for
several providers, with more than 10 years of experience in Managing Business Development and
Consulting Projects with regional partners.
Fayyad is the principal of Maxit LLC for Project Management and Development since October 2013, and
then he founded Takbir Team for Learning and Development February 2015.

• DiSC Coach/Trainer from Wiley, UK.
