Hi Mom!

I love life at college. Every day is a fun day!

The apartment is OK. It’s small but it is cool, and we have two bedrooms and a
bathroom. I share a bedroom with Martina. Martina is very friendly. She’s Peruvian
and she’s 22.

Every day from Monday to Friday, Martina and I have classes in the morning from
9 a.m. to noon. In the afternoon, we have free time because we don’t have classes.
I usually study in the apartment (I have a desk), or I run in the park. There is a big
park near the college.

In the evening, I sometimes go to the movie theater with friends to see a movie.
But I don’t go out late during the week because I get up at 7:30 a.m. every day.
Friday evening is different though! On Fridays, I usually go out with my friends. We

Sabah … the perfect holiday!

We are all very busy people. We work, we have families, we play sports, and we
go out with friends. But we sometimes need to enjoy our free time, to have fun and
to relax.

Why not go on vacation?

Sabah is on the Island of Borneo. It’s a very nice place to visit because there are
islands, beaches, forests, and animals. A lot of animals!

If you like animals then go to the forest. In the forests, there are some birds, and a
lot of other animals. The name of the forest is Rafflesia Forest Reserve. It is
interesting because you can see the biggest flowers in the world there. They are
very, very big!

If you like nature, you can go to the mountains. You can be very close to nature
and you can go to the top of the mountain and see all the island.

If you want to relax you can go to the beach. There are a lot of beaches and you
can sit on the beach and look at the ocean. Here you can really relax!

You can stay in a lovely apartment near the beach. There are ten apartments and
they have a dining area, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and three or four
bedrooms. The furniture in the apartments is all new and very comfortable.

My life these days

Hi, I am Miranda. Welcome to my blog post. I am a wife, a mother of three children,

and a teacher. My life is busy, busy, busy and sometimes it is difficult to have time
to cook healthy food and have a healthy life.

I’m not a chef but I love food, and today I’m cooking party food for children. My
children love parties and the food at parties is very important. Right now, we are all
in the kitchen. My daughters are drinking milk, and my son is washing his hands
because he is helping me to cook the food. They’re all very excited because we’re
making cookies, and they love cookies. Cookies are their favorite food. They love
them! They’re talking and singing and making a lot of noise!
